    When you're sanding & adjusting the cork after it's installed, how far on to the neck / cork do you want the mouthpiece to go without any cork grease?

      Good question! When dry fitting you don't want to force the mouthpiece onto the neck all the way into playing position, try for getting it half way there. Then, with cork grease applied you can slide it all the way to playing position. This may get easier over time as well as the natural cork compresses.

    does any contact cement work? Or do you have any recommendations
