Thank you for finally making a video explaining Irene's side. All these months, everyone is only making videos hating on Irene and taking the stylist's over exaggerated side. Atleast Irene took responsibility for her mistake because she screamed at the stylist, but the stylist couldn't even apologize to IRENE and RED VELVET for their mistake of not listening to Irene's complaints. There is a reason SM no longer wants to work with that specific stylist.

So true. We've seen how rv's outfits, especially irene's, were so uncomfortable bcs they were all so short or tight to walk properly. It's even more obvious during award shows where they to catwalk/walk properly at the red carpet. Honestly speaking, i applaud of irene for standing up not just for herself but also her members.

As for Bekuh Bum with Rosé and Jennie, I think it makes sense for them both to maybe change some things un the song in a way it fits them better or works better for them. If I'm correct, usually when a music writer or composer sells a piece or a song to a company, once they sell it they dont get any say on what happens to that song from that point onward. (i dont know whether she was working as a music producer or composer for YG, or rather working as a musical supervisor for Blackpink, or something of the sort)
No u are absolutely wrong. Writers or composers never sell their music. Yes they do work for company but they have equal rights on music especially lyrics. A newbie who barely stepped into music industry barely has even started seeing lyrics started to fight withe songwriter and composers is wrong.
Isn't that what they did for Moonwalk from WayV? It's a very common practice in the Kpop industry, for song writers and composers to 'place their songs' through their managers, and that way another artist buys the demo.

If the song gets chosen, they will either sign a copyright contract or sell off the song with the company (usually not many people sell the song's rights completely. They, in fact, live off the copyright fees. But there are some exceptions for small producers and ghostwriters.) 2. The company, like SM, directly hires a producer or a team for a specific group. It's hard to say the terms of the big company, though. I heard that many of them like to pressure the small producers to sell off the songs.

There’s a lot of fans that I question their mentality on things and this is one of the reasons. A lot of fans think that its ok to do one thing bc their fans but right when an idol does the same exact thing or at least is accused of it, it suddenly becomes an issue even tho they did it themselves. I heard of the Jennie Rosé issue. The fight actually started with both the song writer and Rosé. From what I remember there was a line in the chorus that Rosé didn't like and the song writer took offense to it. I'm not sure but the article said Rosé was so upset Jennie stepped in and ended up fighting (verbally) with the songwriter. In the end the line was cut all together. I don't know if this situation was real just take it with a grain of salt.
Rosé has every right to filter the lyrics. In the end she is the one singing. I love how Jennie always stand up for her member. That’s why Rosé and Lisa always look up to Jennie.
Just because Bekuh is the songwriter doesn't matter. At the end of the day the artist is the boss and if they don't like certain aspects of a song they can change it. If the songwriter gets offended, maybe they shouldn't be a songwriter

The boy groups (from BigBang to Winner/IKon to Treasure) have so much creative freedom (and this is how it should be and why many of us love these groups), but girl groups (from 2NE1 to Blackpink) can’t even change a phrase in their song??? I think it's because of her visuals that everybody had been attacking her on being cold for that. But what hurt in this situation is how quickly even some fans turned against her. I know we don't know much about our idols and they do sometimes put a facade for their own good. But that doesn't mean they are simply bad people. They are normal like everyone else. To be honest, Irene never put a facade for anyone. She was always very realistic in her reactions and actions. I am just happy that this got cleared up.

Seeing Some Of The Pathetic Lyrics Lisa Was Given (Thanks To Lisa's Delivery They Even Made It To The Song), I Actually Can Understand Why BlackPinks Best Writer Rosé And Jennie Had A Fight With Bekuh-Boom. I would even go further and argue that their writing and solo lyrics have more substance and quality than that of Lisa's solo work, especially money, that was written by Bekuh Boom. But, we don't actually know the details. This is just me trying to give a perspective. And all the funny rap lyrics you blinks complain about, has Bekuh Boom as the writer for it. For Irene's case many staff stood up for her. She spent time with her staff( hang out) and even bought gift, bd gift for them even before the scandal explode. She didn't have huge scandal before that time, knet took their chance and attacked her so bad. From what we see kinda confirm why she would complain about those outfit( many of red velvet is awkward and uncomfortable af ). People even call her a bully
Their outfits happen to be skimpy and the worst ones are those that ended up on Joy. She's tall and they gave her dresses that would fit irene. One other tall person who is dressed up in skimpy dresses is rose. But at least she was allowed to wear safety shorts even if it clashes with the colors.
Toward rv's stylist it was way back then. Many of rv's outfit since debut had many bad and awkward ones, it just happened that irene is less frequent. Nevertheless we could say that every member is uncomfortable with it. And for the scandal stylist was a one day work stylist. Yet somehow we don't know what was going on which created the argument. But just an idea why would irene suddenly got mad for someone who just met and work one day, kinda weird in my thought; However we don't know. Yet from previous way of SM handling thing just packed out scandal idol into closet; irene took responsibility and apologized for it on her own. She has great relationships with many of the staff. It can be said that no one can get along with everyone, why ? because idol is also a human. Jennie and Rosé have the right to ask for changes of lyrics because unlike the Writer they have to perform the song and live with it if the Lyrics are racist or any other way too inappropriate for the public eye and ear. In short it never is Bekah Boom who will suffer if the Lyrics are too much in any for the Korean public but the Girls. So yes they have the right to ask for a Lyrics change. But the problem with a writer is that in many cases they write the lyrics and just want them to stay the way they are. Never trying to take an artists view into account and ignoring them.

I think it's completely fine.. with the Jennie situation, all she wanted to do was change the lyrics.. if the entire group (not sure if they all wanted to or not) wants to do it, I feel it's perfectly fine. For BP, i think its just a huge unprofessional way to deal with artist who just want to change a few things on the lyrics. Ofc its their choice to follow whoever they want on IG but still. Seeing that it happend during Whistle, which means debut/rookie days, meaning that both Jennie and Rosé just want a much better lyric for their debut. We all know that both of them are serious about things like this too. If the song gets chosen, they will either sign a copyright contract or sell off the song with the company (usually not many people sell the song's rights completely. 2. The company, like SM, directly hires a producer or a team for a specific group.
It's hard to say the terms of the big company, though. I heard that many of them like to pressure the small producers to sell off the songs.

I heard of the Jennie Rosé issue. The fight actually started with both the song writer and Rosé. From what I remember there was a line in the chorus that Rosé didn't like and the song writer took offense to it. I'm not sure but the article said Rosé was so upset Jennie stepped in and ended up fighting (verbally) with the songwriter. In the end the line was cut all together. I don't know if this situation was real just take it with a grain of salt.

I think it's because of her visuals that everybody had been attacking her on being cold for that. But what hurt in this situation is how quickly even some fans turned against her. I know we don't know much about our idols and they do sometimes put a facade for their own good. But that doesn't mean they are simply bad people. They are normal like everyone else. To be honest, Irene never put a facade for anyone. She was always very realistic in her reactions and actions. I am just happy that this got cleared up.

I would even go further and argue that their writing and solo lyrics have more substance and quality than that of Lisa's solo work, especially money, that was written by Bekuh Boom. But, we don't actually know the details. This is just me trying to give a perspective.

But just an idea why would irene suddenly got mad for someone who just met and work one day, kinda weird in my thought; However we don't know. It can be said that no one can get along with everyone, why ? because idol is also a human. In short it never is Bekah Boom who will suffer if the Lyrics are too much in any for the Korean public but the Girls. So yes they have the right to ask for a Lyrics change.
But the problem with a writer is that in many cases they write the lyrics and just want them to stay the way they are. Never trying to take an artists view into account and ignoring them.

First of all, to all the people who dont know...whistle original was leaked but than youtube took it down..the lyrics on the rap was so controversial ..if im not mistaken it was..like before the so hot..so hot..the lyrics pointed about man di*k and thats why Jennie changed it i guess..or the person who wrote it...

Irene’s ex-stylist was actually contracted once and the event she styled for was not in any way related to the assumed ear piece electrocution. She did however apologise to her genuinely without any money to silence her involved and the stylist accepted the apology and was willing to put it past them (all from her insta)
However Belle Shao (designed for red velvet in ch) and an ex-SM trainee had spoken out about her attitude + said that even kr staff members were being mistreated
All we can hope is that she learned after the stylist incident
Bekuh boom said that she's not in bad terms with any of Blackpink members. She never said that she urge with Jennie or Rosé. I read her comment in her own post, answering the accusation thrown by fans. I don't know where you get this info, but Bekuh Boom herself released a statement denying that issue.

What Irene did was correct! Red velvet outfits look amazing if your job was just to sit but not the type of outfits you perform in. SM entertainment always gives them weird and uncomfortable outfits since the beginning 🫡

In case of Jennie and Rosé I think they were right to change whistle lyrics coz 🖤BLΛƆKPIИK💗had already changed the choreography of their own song Ddu du ddu duu and that choreography step is very famous now and easy too. So Bekuh Boom should not be angry with them. ☺

I think it's completely fine.. with the Jennie situation, all she wanted to do was change the lyrics.. if the entire group (not sure if they all wanted to or not) wants to do it, I feel it's perfectly fine. Especially if they don't like it! Plus, of Rosé got mad at the same staff member, perhaps she's not really the best person. It's also 100% fine to have emotions?! Think if you're at work and you get into a fight with your co-worker (then high isn't the best thing in life, but it happens) it's basically an equivalent to this situation. Now for Irene, she thinks the outfits are uncomfortable and probably not modest enough for her liking.. If she doesn't like them she should be allowed to take responsibility and speak up for herself. If she feels uncomfortable in an outfit, it could effect her performance. If I ever had to perform and wear an outfit that's makes me uncomfortable, ask about it, and never have anything change, yeah- I would get angry too.. I feel their reasons are completely justified in a sense.
I also understand the people who they got into arguments with also had their side like perhaps they weren't allowed to change anything or else they would be fired by the company but that seems a little unlikely imo.

For BP, i think its just a huge unprofessional way to deal with artist who just want to change a few things on the lyrics. Ofc its their choice to follow whoever they want on IG but still. Seeing that it happend during Whistle, which means debut/rookie days, meaning that both Jennie and Rosé just want a much better lyric for their debut. We all know that both of them are serious about things like this too. But it baffles me at how BP got so restricted at doing things like this early on while their male groups already had that "permission" to do music and be a part of the making since debut.
Well. There was nothing To hate on these Idols neither the staff members. These arguments could have ended well if the staff Members could had been Responsible. The mistake is theirs. In my opinion for the first One.
An Idol is not just a one who Dances, sings and Raps good but also participates on producing and making of their Songs. Why would anyone Join a Company which tells you how to dance, Sing, rap and you just do it and the rest all on them. In this way you are Just 'A Doll'. Blackpink Became Idol Because they were Interested to be and now if they are, The Company Doesn't Let them Write their own songs, Mr. Teddy listens to their Feedback and comments and then makes the song. Whatever it is, The thing is, The Lyricist Should realise that she is writing the song for A Group and if any member wants to change something on it, They can 100% can. If there is no communication between These producers and Blackpink, better to leave the Entertainment and Do the things wholeself. The Lyricist could have tried to understand Jennie but she didn't. And I dont want to get disrespectful to the Woman, but When Getting into fight with your Idol, who Unfollows them on Insta. That is really Immature. Being a Staff, she shouldnt be Biased.
Next Upto Miss Irene's Fight,
Even after being a Female dresser, the Staff maybe lives in her own world. She doesn't have to wear uncomfortable dresses and perform, she was given a work to make the Idols look pretty but that even she didnt Do properly because of the malfunctions. These type of stylists should be Directly fired if not changed even after Talking with.
And I wish Idols could have the freedom to dress themselves however. They get to choose the dress, and the stylist does their makeup and Hair.

Listen from what Jisoo has said, the members have always been involved with the songs they sing, and that they rarely get a fully completed song(or one that doesn't get changed/modified to fit BP). To what degree they are involved would probably vary from song to song.
And considering she is STILL working with BP/Teddy/R. Tee and The Black Label, it couldn't be that much of an issue.
If there was that much friction with 2 of the members she would be out of a Job. As for the "unfollowing" IF true just makes her look petty and pathetic.
As for Irene... More power to her, she is known for being good to the people that work with her. If your concerns are not being heard or they are being ignored it's going to piss you off. And eventually you will explode. She is human and the stylist deserved it.

For kpop idols it is important to have trustworthy staff, staff can betray by selling information and in a way this is similar, faulty clothing putting the girls at risk of being exposed could be a way the stylist tries to make money from weirdos who take perverted pictures of the girls.
