Congratulations 🎈 on your State Fair entries 🎉 I was cheering you on with each thing that you showed us 🥳 I did miss you, but I totally understand self care! If we don’t take care of ourselves we cannot take care of our families, friends and others in our life ❤ So nice to see you back 😇🤩

Congratulations on your wins, that’s awesome! I used to enter my organic vegetables in a county fair. It is so exciting when you win a ribbon and cash. Enjoyed this video. Val C

so awesome about the ribbons :-) I love freeze dried herbs also. Love your peppers, I am in Western NC, peppers are a stuggle for our zone, (6) even in a High Tunnel, I am going to try over wintering peppers this year, Hoping to have a cyan harvest like yours one day. I have never had anyluck on peppers turning before they get soft, I hope you have good luck with that.

Glad to see you back, Amanda. Real life comes first over YT! Congratulations on your state fair ribbons, they are awesome! I think I recall Ruthann showing her pantry recently and she puts newspaper between her butternut/tromboncino squash to avoid them touching each other. I wonder if that's why you have some getting bad spots? Also seen a couple YTers have really great success with the Dutch Fork Pie Pumpkin. 💚

IF you strain your hot sauce, freeze dry our dehydrate the pulp. It is soo good as a spice! 'Body' might be a good alternative to 'girth' as a sauce descriptor term. 😂

I actually DID do this earlier this year. I love it...But I think I love my sauce kinda chunky more. ha Thank you!

@@TheHappyHomestead I keep my sauce chunky. I strain for gifts.... And then I get the goods. 🙂. Best of all the worlds.
