It all sounds great in paper, but I will tell you where the Lake Nona builders missed the mark. Those are some of the most dull looking houses that I've ever seen. I get everything that you say about the high tech feel, but I hate to see that sterile bland style in the area, and with those HOAs, I don't see it getting any better. Yes, I've seen some of the big houses, but I am not impressed. Such a hyped zone for such mediocre neighborhoods, what a waste of talent.

sorry that you are not able to afford the fastest growing and most talked about area in Orlando. Being poor must suck.

Unfortunately you will never be able to afford what people in Orlando consider the best of the best, Lake Nona. You can live in Pine Hills.

Imagine thinking that an area that has had the highest appreciation in Orlando, billions of dollars in investment, and overall one of the best places to live in America is "hyped" for no reason. People living in Lake Nona are millionaire because they do not follow any of your horrible advices. Stay down.

@@YesDHawk1313 who is marcus? you need mental health help. Are you really that obsessed with me that you are going to chase me on every comment section and make up fake news about a neighborhood you do not live in and cannot afford? Horizon West has literally daily shootings, robberies, murders, drug dealing, and literally all imaginable. In Horizon West, you are likely to get your house stolen by a squatter because it is full of gangs.
It sucks you had to make up all of that about Lake Nona, the safest, best looking, most wanted neighborhood, with billions in investment, some of the best restaurants in Orlando, world class sports facilities with USTA and the Performance Center, a thriving Town Center with thousands and thousands of people visiting each week, 6 figure paying jobs from Tech and Medical City in Lake Nona, and the upcoming, massive Lake Nona West shopping Center, which is going to feature entertainment, restaurants, and must-visit attractions for everyone, including people from Horizon West who literally have nothing to do all day in their deserted area full of crime.

@@YesDHawk1313 it is sad that you have to make up fake news about Lake Nona because you cannot afford it. thankfully, there are stats and reality that proves you are just a jealous wannabe who lives in the dump of Florida, Horizon West, the land of crime.
      Lake Nona is:
      - Lowest Crime rate in all of Central Florida (confirmed by authorities in the latest Neighborhood Watch Meeting)
      - Billions of dollars invested in the area, with plenty of 6 figure jobs from tech companies and Lake Nona Medical City
      - Top area for sports, with pro facilities such as USTA and the Performance Center, used by some of the top athletes in the area and the world
      - Top restaurants that won awards, such as Nami and Park Pizza, to mention two out of 20+
      - Highest Appreciation in Central Florida in the last 3 years. If you bought a house in LP in 2020 for example, for 500k, that house is now worth 1.2 M at least
      - Top growing area in Central Florida, top 30 in the entire US
I am sorry Horizon West is now a dated area, filled with crime, with appreciation going down every week, and very few interested buyers. Most people go to the area, see how rundown it is and realize it is a bad investment. Winter Garden is better than Horizon West, and even then, Winter Garden is like #5 in top areas in Orlando. Lake Nona is just untouchable.
