    BLACK PEPPER 1 TSP
    ONION RINGS (1 MEDIUM)
    LEMON JUICE 1/8 CUP
    SOY SAUCE 1/4 CUP
    GARLIC 4 CLOVES
    FRY THE LIVER WITH PEPPER IN HOT FOR 2 MINS PER SIDE AND SET ASIDE.
    IN THE SAME OIL ADD GARLIC ONIONS FOR 2 MINS AND SET ASIDE.
    WITH NEW OIL ADD MORE GARLIC ADD THE COOKED LIVER SOY SAUCE LEMON JUICE AND BLACK PEPPER ADD A LITTLE WATER COVER AND COOK FOR 8 MINS.
    FINALLY, ADD THE COOKED ONION RINGS AND WE ARE DONE, ENJOY.

    Doble luto ang ginawa mo brod, inihiwalay mo pa ang sibuyas, pwede namang di hiwalay ang pagluluto.di na kailangang i pat dry yon dahil ipriprito mo pa pala. Masyado matagal ang 8 minutes mong pagpapakulo dahil titigas lalo ang liver tutal ipinirito mo na siya. Pag madaming sabaw, corn starch with water lang ang katapat nun. anyway style mo naman yan, ikaw ang masusunod.Just telling what I know. Peace Brod.
