- I filmed this from our parking garage's third floor, located on FDR Dr. at 25th Street. We stayed in our apt, on the 19th floor. We had no electricity (so no elevators or heat or fridge or water)... but it was such an experience!

I filmed it from the parking garage on FDR Drive, near 25th Street. It's water flowing on FDR, which became a part of East River that night.
Even in this scenario, I still need to drive down the 100 yards to my nearest sandwich shop. And back.
