I have a NIU kqi3 sport. I bought it 2nd hand and it's been good for @ a year. I recently used it and parked it with half the battery available. 1 week later it will not turn on at all. Charger shows green once plugged in, never turns red. I tried a different charger and it does the same thing. Have t been able to get any response from NIU support and have t found a repair shop, Phoenix AZ. Any ideas? Thanks Mike

I just ordered a new throttle for my NIU KQi2 Pro because I got the 03 error. Can you make a video on how to remove the main console to repace the throttle. I only found one video but it was not very useful.
