Here is my experience... I initially contacted Bea, with customer service back in October, after my scooter had a battery failure. She confirmed the failure and told me there was nothing they could do bc the scooter was beyond the one year warranty. After doing research I learned that this was a common problem to have an early stage battery failure with the varla scooter. Error 006. The replacement battery is half the cost of a new scooter, for me to pay this with a like new product was unacceptable. After many frustrating conversations with Bea and customer service, Varla agreed to send me a replacement battery for free. After more than a month of not receiving the battery i called back and had to have the whole conversation again. The company at that point agreed to send me a battery...again. When the battery arrived it was "Dead on Arrival". They literally sent me another bad battery with an E006 code. After I called back to complain, they told me they sent the me battery as a courtesy because my scooter was beyond warranty and at this point there was nothing they could do. I said, "Why would you send someone a bad battery as a courtesy, that's just cruel." To which they responded, we'd be happy to sell you a new battery for $500 with a $50 discount. Long story short, I will never purchase another Varla product and will have to throw away my scooter, bc w/o a battery it's worthless. I can't make any sense of buying another battery only to have it fail in short order again with no proper warranty. I got my KQI 3 pro last month. my charging port cover was knocked off when I hit the sidewalk edge for the first time. and the App route tracking /recording never works. But overall , it is a solid scooter

I just bought a NIU kqi 3 max, it’s within 30 days so I may still return but it has a flat rear tire already that won’t stay pumped up.. the front is fine but the back keeps going flat. That’s crazy you see so much of this and thanks for this video! What scooters go 25-30 mph that have better tires? Like that orange and black one in the background ?

Mine is already at 100. And I get the 27 for maybe few miles then usually I get 24 to 25. Any way to boost this? Also some of the P settings are locked any way to unlock it?

I have a NIU kqi3 sport. I bought it 2nd hand and it's been good for @ a year. I recently used it and parked it with half the battery available. 1 week later it will not turn on at all. Charger shows green once plugged in, never turns red. I tried a different charger and it does the same thing. Have t been able to get any response from NIU support and have t found a repair shop, Phoenix AZ. Any ideas? Thanks Mike

Can help me with my S2 for some reason sometimes it turns on and sometimes it doesn’t, the handle bar was replaced once and sometimes when the scooter is on it won’t power off via the power button .. thanks

i have a problem with my kqi3 pro with its stem!! it keeps getting loose no matter how tight do i make them!! I'm talking about those 2 silver color screws at the end of the stem that basically attaches the stem to the latch! and it makes a really annoying sound like tik! tik! every time i go over a bump or I brake or accelerate! and i put blue Loctite on them but after one day the sound comes back!! i don't know if i should put red Loctite?? or if it can be fixed with guaranty! although i know they will just tight it up and after one they it comes back!!! can any one give me hint or something??

Cool video 😎 I wish I had seen your video a week ago 😱 I have purchased two off aliexpress for the inmotion S1 I found that the only sealant that works properly on punctures Is tire yoghurt And oko off-road sealant I made a stab test video for the oko off-road I stubbed a centre punch twice through the tire then I rode 26 miles every day for 8 days before changing the tire 😀

I got a replacement motor and within 3 days i got the S7 error again. Then i see it flicker from S4 and S7. The controller has also been replaced a few months ago. If i hit the accelerator and brake tabs at the same time it does like this bypass thing and i can use the scooter again on push start (i originally removed push start using the app). What could it be? Nontheless theyre sending me yet again another motor but any idea why this "new" 3 day motor is doing this?

I am replacing an S2 front wheel motor and it has the blue, green and yellow motor wires as well as a little black flat wiring harness with 4 or 5 little wires that plug into an obvious like wiring other end, but there is one white wire that's with the set of wires from the wheel. It has a black plug in type of connection but I dont see any obvious place to pug it into. So what should I do with it?
