In all honesty, I found the game intensely boring, which caught me completely by surprise as the trailer showed a lot of gameplay aspects I'd normally enjoy. Maybe it was the forgettable story, lore, and dry often uninspired dialogue delivery that ultimately killed it for me. If I don't care for the world I'm trying to save, everything I do feels aimless.

oh look at that , atlas fallen , saw the trailer back then , didn't see a SINGLE gameplay video in my recommended , haven't heard a peep about it , not a single peep i actually thought they scrapped the game or that it was jus a demo from Nvidia , to show off their lighting techniques there only have been a few games , like this , that i haven't heard Anything about after launch
Will you ever review Hi-Fi Rush? When it comes character action games it makes the combat somewhat fresh with its gimmick and actually has characters that are actually likeable and at least a bit memorable.
Never in my life did i ever quit a game after playing for not even 5 hrs. Just glad i played a pirated copy. ps: i do this only if i have doubts about the game otherwise i would have purchased it on my playstation
I tried this game today with my friend and it's absolute garbage. First, the optimization is terrible, it feels like a badly ported console game, the GPU requirements are insane for a game that's graphically very unimpressive... I ran the game at 1440p 120 fps and and it was nearly maxing out my card and I have a 7900XTX... I have many more games that look 10+ times better than this and my graphics card doesn't even feel it. FSR doesn't work, the game feels blurry and laggy when moving the camera even with motion blur turned off. The saving system for co-op is total garbage... I lost all of my progress and every item and upgrade I had because my game crashed when I was on my friend's session and when I came back to the game it forced me to overwrite my save file and then said that my progress can't be saved or something like that... Just absolute junk of a game that doesn't deserve a penny. If you want to try out at least pirate it before you buy it...
Thanks for your take on this. I have a 6900xt so while I am not too far behind you, I think it's important for consumers to know what to expect when they pay for a title like this.
