Brother, that was a great review on those boots, and you put them to the test. They cleaned up well too. I love that authentic rustic look to a boot as well, showing they’re getting used. Kind of like an old distressed leather jacket or chaps we’d wear out on the trail.

They seem like great boots from your review. With a heal kick shifter and longer brake peddle you will be able to ride with just about any type of foot wear and your boots will last longer. There is a guy in my area that rides his bagger barefoot. He never wears shoes.
They really are and I still stand by everything I have said to date about IR. Hopefully that guys foot never hits the road while moving, he will be missing some toes.
Good review. I saw the interview that Steve did with Robert Simmons. I was blown away by his passion and commitment. I will buy a pair very soon solely because of that interview. Also very interesting art work in his office. Very cool dude.

I started setting a ad for Indie Ridge on the tube then started watching reviews ( cause I'm anal an do my diligence when spending my hats earned money lol ) then after watching BIG Robs interview with Steve & your 1st impressions I ordered two pair ! The Mohawks and the vented crossfields After only two weeks of wearing them I'm in love with em !!!! Think they will absolutely last and purpose built , I do disagree with some reviews I've seen tho. Don't find them hard to get on at all and don't think there over priced . I'd ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY recommend them and do so , and after watching this video i can't wait for them to wear cause i love the broke in leather patina look !!!! Truly appreciate you channel and thoughts so please keep em coming !!!!

I had my Dayton Engineer boots for almost 30 years. Paid the insane price (back then) of $300.00. They were/are worth every penny. Now after all this time I decided that it is time for new boots. So far after 6 months I love my Indie Ridges. Lightweight and great styling. In fact I just bought some gloves since I like the boots so much.

I order a pair about a month ago and have not yet had the chance to wear them yet but I can tell they are going to be great. I also ordered their gloves which I've used riding - best gloves I've had for riding with. My only complaint is I wish the top part of the boot would open up a little more to slide my foot in easier. Would I recommend them - absolutely!
I wore my daily for a few days before I rode and it helped with the break-in. You will like them. They have been my favorite pair of boots, and I was really rough on them and they held up. Thank you, for watching.

Nice review let me know how yours hold up after 2 years or so. I purchased a pair of the indie ridge Apache boots Jan of 21 and after approximately 2 years of owning them the soles got hard and slick and I felt like my foot was going to slide out as if I was stepping on oil on dry pavement and no longer felt safe to use on my motorcycle. Otherwise the uppers were in good shape boots where comfortable it’s just a shame the sole compound got hard and slippery
I will most likely do a 2 year review on that video. Indie Ridge is a good company and I would let them know if you feel like the product was defective. I have not experienced that with the two pairs of boots I have.
@@OMGMOTOI’m glad to hear you haven’t had any problems I was wondering if maybe it was a bad batch of rubber on the early 2021 boots I did reach out to Steve about it and he said he felt like I got my money worth out of them in the 2 years I had them. that was a little disappointing because otherwise I loved the boots the rest of the build quality was great.
I know that they make improvements every year and even the ones I have have been improved too. @@morecowbell169

These boots are trash. Bought a pair, and within five weeks of every day wear the inner heel stitching on the left boot completely blew out, and the stitching on the toes on the right boot near the pinky toe and fourth toe was coming unraveled. I emailed the company/customer support and told them about it, supplied my order number and even sent them pictures and I didn’t even receive a response back. No joke. I’d stay away from this company.

I was extremly hard on them to test them out and make sure I could endorse the company and boot. I can endorse them and the boots are amazing and held up to my over the top testing.
