Not that I ever liked the Elders (even before Gideon) but couldn't he have asked one of them for help? I mean, surely one of them would be willing to help
Besides the need for plot and content, I feel like Leo's importance and influence with the Elders wasn't as great compared to later seasons. His influence and importance didn't come to fruition until Chris showed up. Also, at this point in the show destiny always got its way.
@@3SailorMartin But he has multiple charges, so if something happens to him, I’m sure a new one would have replaced him. His job was just to watch over them and help guide them. Other than the relationship he had built with them as their handyman, he had no other major influences in their life that couldn’t have been replaced by another experienced white lighter.
Whitelighters can’t heal themselves but Leo did once when stabbed by his 2 ex- ghostly best friends. Maybe darklighter’s poison counters regeneration.
