He should have stayed on as regular for the rest of the series. I loved the dynamic between Piper and Chris especially when she found out he was her son
When the sister revealed that she’s pregnant again and that her child is really Chris from the future *afterwards he walks in* Piper looks at him like, “Damn, he looks just like me! How could I have missed that” makes me tear bend 🤣
I was asking the same thing I mean he is a male version of Piper and also he looks like her and has a bit of her personality and is very stubborn like Leo Piper said so LOL
@@lu1gi92 im pretty sure Drew would of been up for a continuation especially if it happened right after the show ended because he’s HIGHLY active with the fandom. I KNOW, Im a part of the private chat
Paige's daughters are half human, but also witch and white lighter., so her kids are very powerful. her son was adopted and phoebe's kids to me seemed the weakest because they were half witch, half cupid.
Yes, she was. They filmed around it until they could make it make sense that she and Leo had sex again, and then the storyline jumped 6 months so they could show Holly’s very pregnant belly.
When Paige and Phoebe tell Piper that Chris is her son, and then he walks in and she turns around and looks at him...I always thought it was so unfair to end the scene there. The beginning of the next season started months later so we never got to find out or see what Piper's reaction to Chris was. Obviously, she was shocked, but then what? I always said that if I ever met Holly at a Con, I'd ask her what she thought Piper's next reaction would have been.
What? Next season? She found out he was his son in the middle or second part of season 6 - so next episodes were still season 6. Also, we DID see her reaction, it was complete shock, and her next step was to get closer to her adult son.
‘Nothing is going to happen to you honey, not now’’ I see where Phoebe ‘s inability to keep secrets comes from. LOL. I think Wyatt got it from aunt phoebe
I have an interesting theory for why Chris has fewer powers or slightly weaker powers. All powers are different based on the individual, but something did happen in the episode with the siper demon. Based on the spider demon feeding on powers, she did feed on Piper and baby Chris before they were able to vanquish her. That and based on earlier episodes when Piper was pregnant with Wyatt, not all of his powers manifested right away. The first power we see is his healing ability. Piper might not have been as effected for 1 of 2 reasons or a combination of, 1. Her powers were already established, and it could have just temporarily weakened them( possible not to notice with all the other pregnancy related symptoms) or 2. The spider demon fed more on Chris than on Piper. While vanquishing a demon usually undoes a lot of the magic they've done, it does not undo injuries. It is possible that when they vanquished her, it did not undo what she had already taken from them.
Interesting theory, but it was said in the show about Wyatt's power and all in the prophecy (something about being firstborn and the special day he was born). 🤔
I feel like I’ve always had the theory that Wyatt and Chris are exactly as powerful as one another, but Chris is just more passive and street smart which leads him to rely less on his magic and more on thinking things through. Whereas Wyatt was always magic first, plan later even from the womb.
Mark Mike Mitch dang Phoebe sure did get around after she saw that premonition of her with her daughter. Cuz that's all she cared about after seeing that future
Wyatt was a twice-blessed child because of circumstances (being the firstborn; being born in the manor where the Nexus is) whereas poor Chris, besides not having been born meeting the same criteria as Wyatt, was initially just a plot device made to write Piper's actress' pregnancy into the show
@@jisoochrist I get the Wyatt part but Leo being more powerful as an elder Chris should have been just as powerful even if he was only written bcs of the actress real pregnancy. The writers of the show had a few if not many inconsistencies and just awful awful writing
@@lacharbo One thing about the charmed writers, consistency and continuity was never their fortes, I bet they didn't even know what route they'd take with Drew's character after he was cast, when it was revealed he was a witch whitelighter I thought he was gonna be related to Paige someway, then bam! Lazy writing turned him out to be Piper's less powerful second son who went back in time to save the world from Wyatt the Lord of destruction lol
I mean in my opinion it's basically common knowledge, that just because you have two talented Parents good in something, doesn't mean your Kids gonna inhert that talent. Even if this is just a fantasy show, I thought this fact also applies here, hence I never questioned it and just accepted the fact that One Kid inherited Talent while the other had to Work for it and thats basically it, no real explanation on why Wyatt was better in Magic, altough you could argue, that Wyatt was/is a child of Prophecy, the Prophecy of the Twice Blessed Child, he was destined to be a Powerfull Wizard
orginally chris wasn't meant to be their son, apparently it was wrote into season 6 as Holly got pregnant in real life? He was just meant to be from the future. this is why season 6 the first part of it with Chris makes no sense compared to the second part I wonder will they confirm this theory on House of Halliwell?
Actually even though it wasn’t planned originally the first half still makes sense. He was trying to stop Wyatt without letting them know what he was doing
I mean, it seems like this where you just really see how much Chris honestly does love his family and his mom that makes up for a lot of the moments where he can be pretty much a dick. Like I understand that he obviously grew up in a dark future, where in a lot of ways he had to develop very gray morality because it’s a situation where you have to to survive and he thinks because he has knowledge of the future that his way is the right way, but it’s not exactly the type of thing that is going to spawn a lot of… Trust as we saw on the show with the younger version of his parents and his aunts. And on top of that… when you look at the big picture with a lot of of his actions, especially towards his dad… He almost made that dark future a self-fulfilling prophecy by alienating Leo by having him become an Elder, separating Piper and Leo which obviously affects Wyatt who is just a little kid and won’t understand why his dad isn’t there, having Piper and Leo‘s relationship gets so strained thanks to a lot of Chris’s manipulation that it could have ended up with Piper fully giving up on Leo and love (which means no Chris being born), and Wyatt be a lot more susceptible to eventually turning evil due to the confusion and instability which makes it easier for Gideon to get him and traumatize poor Wyatt. And then, of course, everything that happens affecting Leo so badly that he has such an existential crisis that he nearly gives into the Avatars’ agenda of a “paradise” with no Free Will and losing faith in what he’s believed in for so long that Piper nearly loses him for good too.
@@withjust-a-bite1396 you sure? In the episode "Imaginary fiends", present day Wyatt at 2 1/2 was turned evil by a present day demon, and adult Wyatt was there next to little Wyatt and we got to see adult him turn evil. So Chris was right, turning present day Wyatt, would automatically turn adult Wyatt. So if something happened to unborn Chris, it should change adult Chris. I say this because at the end of Spin City, Piper pregant with Chris drinks the spider antidote and it effected adult Chris by curing him. If what you said was true, then piper drinking it wouldn't of worked. So doing something to little versions of them, would indeed affect adult them. Another point is Forever Charmed, there Billie and Christy use the hollow to take toddler wyatt's powers and adult Wyatt and Chris from the future had to cast a spell, to bring them to the present day (toddler Wyatt era) to figure out what happened to them because adult Wyatt lost his powers mid battle with demons. So yes, doing something to younger versions would affect adult versions. Another example is "witchstock" when Young Penny doesn't fly into a rage when her husband is killed, and because she didn't she continued to be a flower child. So present day Penny was affected by being turned from ass kicker to flower child. The reverse of the other examples.
Yeah the show has a couple of plot holes. The same thing can be said about a later episode with the "cleaners." The beings that rewrote history in case regular people found out about magic. Meaning the whole part of everyone finding out and causing a riot shouldn't have existed at the end of season three.
Plus, that all ties into the drama that was happening behind the scenes that wasn’t just the feud between Shannen and Alyssa… And since they fired Shannen they couldn’t use her likeness anymore so that’s why we don’t see Prue in any way, shape, or form again - not even in the tie-in comics either.
