I just realised Ms. Joy might have lost a part of her lower right leg, maybe from the war? You can see it especially around this scene: 4:32 I think that’s a really cool detail. Having something subtle like that really adds depth to her personality knowing her fighting in the war wasn’t just for plot relevance.
I love the running joke that characters with hooves have difficulty holding stuff, often when they are holding something you can see that the thing is strapped to their arms.

I can see that one her legs is discolored (making it wood-like), but she visibly bends both legs when she's found to be the scarecrow. This kinda makes it hard to be wooden.
I really enjoyed this, and best of all, its very clean in the animation style not only that, it maintains a very good story and a feeling of familiarity with classic cartoons, yet it is its own thing, that's why enjoy the most. forgive my grammar,

The attention to detail and world building Is astounding. For example, in the opening scene, the donkey that’s sweeping has special attachments to hold the broom. I hope you keep making animations like this 👍
