@@speedR97 I put it in the folder of my second account, the savefile folder, the savefile folder after moving the other files to desktop as a backup. I also once put it only in the test drive unlimited 2 folder and it still didn't work. Anyways, I appreciate your effort 👍📂📁
@@tatespiers9023 Yes, you obviously have to unpack the downloaded savefile and then you have to replace the folder with the name of your character /savegame and then there is also a file below your savegame which is called something like list or so. You also have to replace that file but you can keep your system default file because it is only for your standard settings. You find these files by going to Eden games> Test drive unlimited 2> PLAYERSAVE. I would recommend moving the old files on your desktop so you can put them back into the game if you want to play with them.

If you plan on doing that I would recommend it, but only if you can rely on the seller because people often sell already activated copies which don't work. The Steam version also works, but keys cost more because they are very rare. I also heard that you have to get a different launcher if you want to mod the Steam version.

Upgrade your pc. Cpu and ram is fine but try to get a gpu. A guy on reddit who has the same pc as yours but he has 8gb ram and a gt1030 gddr5 2gb was able to run tdu 2 at 1366 x 768 on medium to high settings smoothly
@@ILoveYouGlobe roaming in this game feels great in general. Like even the first car if you get the Lancia it's just a joy to drive even around Ibiza on its own
Most of 'em are just reskins of other cars, some cost real money too. I really wish people would stop putting this POS game on a pedestal, it was worse than it's predecessor in practically every way including the car selection.
Pedestal or not I’d say this game aged well, even better than some newer games nowadays. There are some features that we didn’t come to appreciate back when it was released but copied in other racing games. But i understand your viewpoint.

I can't see the dlc cars at the dealers. Would a savefile fix this or not?
a savefile would have the dlc cars in the garages already

If you play on xbox 360 you can still buy the dlc cars in the online store
Don't install the patches but make sure the 15 dlc cars are installed, they will be at the used car dealer

press alt+tab at the loading screen with the mustang loading screen. wait 20 seconds then jump back in the game. if that doesnt work then update game

Roaming in an SUV in tdu2 feels amazing. In forza you never get to be calm and roam around. Nothing realistic except graphics.
