I have to admit I loved that kieu my finally did something very wrong. I didn’t like the lack of balance in the relationship so far. Fatou was kind of awkward and weak while kieu was hot and strong and now the tables have turned and the new chaos is the perfect soil for a new healthier relationship. I’m so here for it.
Yeah, I was always a bit hesitant of kieu-my. I think you phrased exactly how I saw it, there was an imbalance. Fatou has always been so into kieu-my and she never seemed to care that much.
This season is fucking killing me, because it hits way too close to home...argh, I hope Kieu My will make up for what she did, but if she won't...honestly, Fatou deserves better

I still have hope... after all, many love interests in druck and other skam remakes have done not so great things too and we love them (e.g. most of the Jonas and even characters)

I feel like Fatou shows a lot of ADHD tendencies and *if* she does have adhd (inattentive type)... I called it first. Maybe I'm overthinking it (probably am lmao) but there are a few valid reasons for me to think that she might.
She's "spaced out", easily distracted, failing classes (not a symptom just relatable), unorganised, lacks attention/focus, wants to do better but just... isn't/doesn't. I also noticed that she's constantly touching her face/hair and is fidgety-ish when sitting down.
It might as well be a coincidence or she's at a low point rn. I don't think the writers would have a storyline about disassociation and then adhd right after. I'd be nice to see the rep tho

I never jump on the Fatou girl crushing on Kieu-my train. Kieu-my didn't strike me as that type. Right now I need Fatou to stand her ground ,focus on getting better in Math, apologize to Ava, building back the girl squad, they're not as tight anymore.
The ball is in Kieu- my court and if there is no consolation to the fact she hurt Fatou, I don't need the other episodes showing Fatou day dreaming about her.
I'm obseess with Ismail. I need a season with they. And no I don't think Constantin will be they love interest, too obvious. Maybe a new character. I'm excited to see they storyline development.

Yeah, I was a bit hesitant of kieu-my as well. I just wasn’t sure if she was a good pick for Fatou based on what we’d seen of her in season 5. And yes, I’d love to see some personal growth from Fatou now. And yeah, I could see either Ismail or Constantin getting season 7

@@mqple5686 I feel like she is all over the place. I know that she feels very close to Fatou, but after telling her to stay away from Kieu My (which I honestly understand, don‘t blame her for that) feeling entitled to be the first one to know about the kiss just did not sit right with me.
Also the way she treats Mailin. Again I get that she did not like her behaviour at the protest, but not talking and just ghosting her does not solve the problem.
And recently how she drags Kieu My infront of Fatou ALL THE TIME even after Fatou told Kieu My to back of, just gets on my nerve.
I get she is a victim of bullying, that doesn’t mean she can do what she does.
I really wanted her season but the writer are destroying her atm.
@@misstricksandtipps she’s a black girl that’s been targeted many, many times throughout her life, including severe bullying from the people that fatou is currently getting close to. of course she’s standoffish and of course she’s defensive. she has to be to survive.
have you ever been in a situation like that? where your only survival mechanism is being cold? mailin’s ignorant behavior shows she’s not educated on racism, so of course ava’s distant. she doesn’t want for there to be a chance that a friend turns on her again. plus, if i was ava i would be FURIOUS at mailin. she literally put up test answers on their joint IG, not listening when ava told her not to, and completely ignoring the fact that not following rules/laws often have very different consequences for ava, a black girl. imagine almost getting expelled from school because your “friend” did something you told them not to do.
the writers aren’t destroying her character. you need to put yourself in her shoes. she’s made mistakes, but ALL skam characters make mistakes. she’s a teenager.
