I once liked Bill Maher many years ago. The beginning of the end for me was about 10 years ago when he had someone thrown out of a live show I attended. Mr "Anti Cancel Culture" had a paying member of his audience canceled for yelling something silly.
Old Billy can dish it out but like his so-called nemesis Trumpski, he can't take it. If you don't laugh or groan at his jokes, he takes it as an affront.
I always thought Seinfeld was great, but then when I went to a live filming and started yelling out my own punchlines they threw me out.
