ABSOLUTELY ;-) GROWING UP IN THE 80'S I REMEBER HEARING THIS SEVERAL TIMES- THAT GUITAR/BASS HOOK HAD ME CAPTURED! BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ROCK!! I WAS SET FOR LIFE AFTER HEARING THIS FIRST TIME!
RIP the two members of Free Paul Kossoff (September 14, 1950 - March 19, 1976), aged 25 Andy Fraser (July 3, 1952 - March 16, 2015), aged 62 You both will be remembered as legends.
Man, I'm only 47-years-old, but, this song seems to have been about forever. No wonder -- truly great song. Every bandmember is on point. The singer is on a whole different level; the guy has a stunning, soulful, powerful, blues voice.
Some of the legendary bands I saw Live over my past 72 years are the Rolling Stones, Santana, Richie Havens and Bob Marley. I wish I had been able to see Free but I have a friend who has met them. Yeah man Blessed Love ❤from Woodstock Nation
Thank you Lord for being born in 65 so I can truly enjoy and respect the music that came out in the 60s,70s, the 80s where a crazy time to be a teen, Rock on.
This is one of my favorite recordings. It represents that era well. The clothes, the hair, the audience not jumping all over each other and throwing things at the band. The two mics Rodgers holds in his hand show you the low level of technology available in that time. Yet, all see and hear is raw talent.
One of the greatest rock recordings ever. Covered badly by 100's of Bands in Pubs on Saturdays for decades and still is and still everyone loves it. Sometimes you need to watch this band again to remind you how awesome they were. They just don't make em like this anymore
I have around 800 cd albums. Out shopping the other day I saw an album by 'Free', and of course I remembered the song from the early 70's, 'All Right Now'. I thought, I don't have them in my collection. I bought it and wondered why this band ever passed me by. This vintage live performance is awesome, but the album recording is sublime. Listening full blast with headphones, and singing along, made me feel like a rock star. It's good to get lost in music ❤
I love it more than the original version. It's so good....lord Paul Rodgers! Sex appeal at 21 yrs of age! And Kirke on the drums...how does he keep from biting his tongue off. Love Paul Kosoff on guitar. Rip Paul! Such a talented guitar player!
Thanks guys just watched a concert on Utube again I'm a sucker for their music and Peter Frampton he is so great, I'm back in tbe 70's glad to say. Keep safe everyone xxxx
mitch retterer it was actually isle or Wright but that’s insignificant in the long run... the “groove” of rock does stuff to people like for example, I’m 20 and I still play air guitar so yeah
One of greatest records ever made. I love the Stones, Zepp, Tull, T. Rex, Skinnard etc. Seen all. Seen Free. But Alright Now is just unbelievable. Up there with the all time great songs. An undeniable rock classic.
Simon Kirke is a cool guy. Paul Kossoff had a problem with drugs and it contributed to his early death, especially after the breakup of Free. He was such a talented guitarist. May he R.I.P.
Simon is the only drummer, actually the only musician to sit in and play with Zeppelin. He guested on Whole Lotta Love at an early Zeppelin gig at Bonzo's insistance! Possibly the most overlooked and underrated drummer ever.
Man , I heard this song in every pub, nightclub in Swansea City. Massive hit for them. I had long black hair like Paul Rodgers in the 70,s Classic band. Real music 🎶
those boots the singer is wearing were all the go back then,me and my mates all had em',we were as flash as a rat with a gold tooth, 👍 cheers 🍻 Robbie Renalson Devonport Tassie
Das ist der beste Rock- Song den ich kenne, einfach super gemacht und musikalisch einmalig gut ja Free und Paul Rodgers das war MUSIK, wobei das Publikum etwas lahm wirkt, vielleicht die Joints. Klasse All Right Now !!!
Paul Roger's voice is my favorite in Hard Rock (Blues-based). Maybe only matched by Robert Plant. But live, nobody comes close the Bad Company and Free.
Well, I don't know about Ya'l, but the Drummer ......... I LOVE HIM !!!!!! They are all good, and it's a great song, just like rock should be, but the Drummer, well, he has that "Drummer" face going on.. "LOVE THAT DRUMMER" !!!!
Paul Rodgers and any member left from Free and Bad Company should be in the rock Hall of Fame !!!!
Geez I can't believe they're not in it already! RRHOF sucks!
I agree. Paul even lent his personal magic to Queen after Freddie's death.
They deserve better than that Rock and Roll facade.
Agreed its absolute bullshit that they arent
This is when music ran thru the soul and made you feel uninhibited it was like the biggest rush.... I'm glad I lived it...😁😁😁
Me too.
Me, too! 🎶💃🏾🎵
Our high those days was better than today's, it lasted a lifetime, and you only paid once

Born in the 80's n still going strong with rock n roll!!
One of the best rock songs of the 1970’s. A real classic.
Of all time.
Yes one of the best rock songs of all time. Must be in the top 5. Timeless
And also the greatest front Man ever
ABSOLUTELY ;-) GROWING UP IN THE 80'S I REMEBER HEARING THIS SEVERAL TIMES- THAT GUITAR/BASS HOOK HAD ME CAPTURED! BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ROCK!! I WAS SET FOR LIFE AFTER HEARING THIS FIRST TIME!
Timeless classic and they were just kids

🙏🌸🌺❤️
Same here. They are together in heaven. They are still here in spirit.
One of the best rock voices of all time.
THE greatest voice of all time.
And I don't think the guy was even 20 on this video!
This is my all time favorite live band. That's the only thing good about being old, I got to see all the cool bands.
be thankful! I’m 23 and I wish I lived through the 80’s
@booney1 The 70s were better. As best that I recall.....😊
Paul Rodgers one of the greatest voices in Rock.
if you like this you might like my brother’s music. his name is Stu Morris and 'Daisy' is a good song by him....
Daisy??👍🏾😎☯️
Him and Freddie Mercury, Queen recruited him for a bit when Freddie passed
They don't make musicians like that anymore.
It's only internet now... How learn to play like this?
One of the greatest tunes in rock history. It is what it is
That's what it was when it was what it was and is what it was when it will be.
@@ColinH1973 You're drunker than me🥴
Listen, how perfect Paul Rodgers sings with the lead guitarist and the drummer, beyond perfection,
Ça c'était de la musique,j'avais 15 ans et j'avais déjà compris !
They don't call him "The Voice" without reason.
I go back and forth between him and Roger Daltrey for my favorite rock vocalist.
This song is the blueprint for AC/DC’s entire career.
Astounding riff!
@@tizianalancia7679 ONE OF THE GREATEST RIFFS EVER. PEACE MY FRIEND. 🙏✌️😎🏴
Truth
BINGO!
True for the music but Paul Rodgers has a f4cking brilliant voice and doesn't sound like he's being strangled.
The best good lookin hippie of all time
One of the best rock and roll songs ever, I never get tired of listening to it, Rock on

Cracking tune he was stoned to the conkers.....😂😂😂
Paul Kossoff certainly played from the heart.
I grew up on this !! Makes my soul explode !
Me too! I was in a band at Uni and I borrowed Paul's mike technique!
This classic is really all right. I'm rocking to it at 65.
F_ Yeah!!!
72 and doing the same!
Miles per hour? Easy Fellas
70 here!
65 is the new 45 rock on bro.

A time when music was music. Great stuff
I was a Mexican teenager back then, today I'm almost 63 and, I still enjoy it.
Great👍👍😊🎤🥁🎸🎵🎶🎸
Paul Rogers.. always spoken about in quiet reverence!
The Mountain Top of Rock.....Paul Rodgers and Free.....All Right Now.....
I appreciate your reaction and you also had a live version of the song. Thank you.
Some of the legendary bands I saw Live over my past 72 years are the Rolling Stones, Santana, Richie Havens and Bob Marley. I wish I had been able to see Free but I have a friend who has met them. Yeah man Blessed Love ❤from Woodstock Nation
17 yrs old, in Amsterdam for the first time. This was playing in every bar. Fantastic memories.
Thank you Lord for being born in 65 so I can truly enjoy and respect the music that came out in the 60s,70s, the 80s where a crazy time to be a teen, Rock on.
Paul Rodgers still sounds the same at 72! He's a true legend!
This is the studio version matched to live concert footage. One of my all-time favorite songs❤!
This is a remix of the studio version, some parts missing.
🖤🥀The 70s were so wonderful! These Guys were Amazing 🥀🖤✌
Paul kossof is probably the most underappreciated & under acknowledged guitarist of all time.
Up there with the best!
🌸🌺❤️
I Bill Abney 48 couldn't agree any more 👌😎
Lets move before they raise the parking rate..
Famous 50s actor David kossof was his Dad.
David Kossoff used to tell stories on children's TV in the 1960s. Jackanory.

Paul Rodgers just kills it!

I can actually remember hearing this on the way to kindergarten in the late 60s.
@@turn-n-burn1421 you couldn't have because it was not around in the late 60's
Love the way Paul Rodgers dances. He's into it. . Amazing...
One of the best songs ever...👍.....How did they manage to play and sing without a beat all wasted like that????
This has barely over a half million views? WTF this is a SIGNATURE rock song!
This is one of my favorite recordings. It represents that era well. The clothes, the hair, the audience not jumping all over each other and throwing things at the band. Such simplicity - but such impact... best guitar riff ever and best rock voice
Classic rock song by the wonderful voice of Paul Rodgers
Just beautiful
Brilliant band sadly short lived
This is what ACDC evolved from

The processed '80s drums, thick digital reverb, and cowbell are totally unnecessary. The dry, punchy original recording is where it's at.
