As it’s getting colder, our beginner wood carving ideas move towards the topic of ice, snow and even penguin carving, as you can see. 🙋🏻‍♀️ random question…. I watched another carving video and they let the wood 🪵 soak in water first . Is that usually custom before carving to soften the wood?
