At the start, when they are asked who is most like their character, you can see Rob look at Charlie and start laughing because they both know it's Glenn, but knows he doesn't know.
I couldn’t read their reaction that well, I thought they were going to say Rob but they didn’t want to insult him by comparing him to the character.
It felt like they had an answer for sure lol
Whoever cut this and caught the moments of Rob sucking on the pen is either a psychopath, a superfan, or (most likely) both.
The official term they like to use on the podcast is Creep

Glenn is 100% the most like his character. So many good moments that you didn't include in this video. For instance, Glenn insisting the Beatles are overrated, him complaining about dogs in general, and him recounting how he got mad at some children for not being patriotic enough when watching world cup soccer.
That's interesting because it's been confirmed that Glenn genuinely hates being compared to Dennis, and even insisted upon the character being named Dennis in the first place because of how different the name "Dennis" is to "Glenn", and yet I completely agree that Glenn is the most like his character.

I'll also never forget Glen's trick for pooping: thinking about dogs going poop, since it helps him embrace his animal-self. Such a Dennis thing to do!

@@lol_work But Kaitlin is in it^^. Many actors say they don't watch their stuff because it's uncomfortable like hearing your own voice but in this case it's quite the opposite which I think sounds a little bit douchey.

I think each character is like the id of each actor...it's like their inner most impulsive selves come out. It's hilarious that none of them think they are most like their characters. We see shades of each character within them all the time. It's so funny!

I think Glenn is the most like Dennis but he’s a very different guy than the character. He is just the one who gets the most of like his real life habits or bits written into the character.
Like Charlie and Mac are characters that are way further from reality so when they have bits that are based on their real lives it doesn’t stand out as obvious. Where as like the podcast has shown many moments where Glenn’s real personality was written as a joke for Dennis and the character is just like a step closer to reality so it does read as the character and him being similar.
The gold of Dennis is the little psychotic tendencies that he has, which is unfortunate for Glenn because the best way to to portray such characters is to add actual realistic tics
Im pretty sure danny devito is the most like his character in real life. No idea whats going on, but down for it.

It was really early in the podcast, but Rob once said that around season 2 he got STOMACH ULCERS because all he was consuming were coffee and cigarettes, which I think is very Mac
I think the fact that dennis loves 80s music is like a call back to a role he was in that failed series called that 80s show
i think one of the funniest parts about the DENNIS system presentation was that Dennis literally used like 6 giant pieces of paper and rewrote the lines several times on that giant notepad. like doing that must have taken at least an hour or two.
I pointed this out to my boyfriend when I first watched that episode a few years ago. (He introducted me to the show.) And I was like "why did he write and rewrite every line on a separate piece of paper?" He said "idk dramatic effect? Just watch the show."

I like to think Glenn actually feels empathy. Loved him for 12 years (Rob and Charlie will always have my heart too, but I respect and admire their loved ones)

I know the fandom has collectively agreed that Glenn is most like his character, and I originally did, too. But after watching more of the podcast, it's definitely Rob. Glenn is actually pretty unlike Dennis. Yes, he's quick to annoyance, but not actual anger -- and he also moves on quickly, unlike Dennis. Glenn also gives the most compliments to others and is the most excited to see them and their guests (especially Kaitlin!).
Rob is rarely like Mac but when he does he is literally Mac while Glenn is always almost Dennis but not quite 😂

Watched the podcast for 5 minutes and instantly thought Glenn was just like Dennis. It was a little creepy
If this video came out a month later, it could have included the two arguments between Glenn and Rob about vegetable toxins, pseudoscience, and rapid changes in beliefs
