Hi Alex, you never fail to impress me with the skills that you possess. Mold can be an issue in many homes especially in a basement. What you can do with plumbing is better than most plumbers have the skills to do. Thanks for another video that amazes me. 👍

@@ArcticNorthAdventures I'm doing fine; thanks for asking. These old bones are not what they used to be, especially in California summer heat! Over the next four months I will be getting my home and land ship shape as I will be returning to Tromsø at the end of August for an extended stay. As I tell you, "I can do it, if I try!"
