HEY! if you manged to scroll this far!! then TELL ME WHAT WAS YOUR FAVOURITE PART!!! ALSO SMASH LIKE, with our powers combined i can have a larger following i guess hahahaa!!
1:55 I can see you reaching for the big coin, but I could not figure out when/where you get rid of it. 5:05 After several viewings I can kind of follow what you're doing here (still looks insanely amazing), which is why 5:35 just blows my mind. My guess is there's at least one additional coin in play, but I've no clue how in the world he's doing what he's doing.
Avi is one of the best coin magicians on the planet. Just incredible. He pronounces his name Aye-Vai and he’s Singaporean, not Korean. Thanks for another fun video 🎉
It's great that you introduce your subscribers to other talented magicians. This was a wonderful example. I love to see YOU getting so excited and impressed with others.
Usually I have somewhat of an idea how something is done...watching this video...I have almost zero comprehension of what or how it was happening. My weekend will now consist of watching Avi!
Your reaction remined me of the first time I wandered into a magic shop and the gent behind the counter did some close up magic for an eleven year old me. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he just liked that look on my face after being amazed (I suspect, the same look you had watching Avi). Been in love with magic, and that brain tingle you get from seeing it done well, ever since.
I like watching sleight of hand for the same reasons I like watching skateboarding. I can mess around a little, but I'm not that good. I genuinely cannot figure out how some people do some of the things they do. Even if you know the mechanics behind a trick, being able to actually do it and make it look good is a skill that takes years of practice to achieve. In order to do complex tricks, you have to build up your ability to do the basics, so that you can apply the mechanics of those tricks to others. When someone comes along and does something that you just can't figure out how they even attempted it, let alone pulled it off - that's the kind of stuff I love to see. It usually makes sense when someone explains how to do it, but good luck trying to recreate it.
When I became a magician, I lost a lot of that “oh wow” kind of shock watching magic. It’s like the price I had to pay to create that sensation of magic in others. But I was able to appreciate the performance of other magicians in a way the lay audience never could & never will. Appreciating technique, presentation, execution, skillful patter, unique takes on classics… all that is lost on the uninitiated
Honestly, my favorite part was when you were laughing at the coin trick, and it brought you to tears. To me that is what Magic is all about. To me it’s about helping to produce smiles on other people.
It's amazing to see you over 1M subs now Jason. I was around when you had like 30k subs and I was saying I know you'll get to 1M one day, here we are! I hope youtube is sending you some fat checks so you and Yuki can live comfortably enjoying life in the land down undah!
My favorite part was seeing a new upload! I love watching your genuine reactions to other great magicians. Seeing your mind get blown almost feels like justice for all the times you made ME question reality with your tricks. How does it feel??!
Dude, I've watching you for a while now, and can see, where you keep your coin (still a great trick) but that boy is so awesome, it blows my mind. Great video!
I'm not a magician. I enjoy and appreciate the skill involved. He could literally SHOW me how the vanish and production was done and I would still be impressed because it's so clean and so well done.
Dude, your reaction was in sync with mine! 😂 absolutely amazing, i was so shocked with the chinese challenge coins as its my favourite to perform, he just took that trick and BAM! All of a sudden, he made it a 1000% better!
Avi is a total beast. I dont have words to describe how much I enjoy just hanging out with you watching some badass magic. You know how a hockey game is more fun if you watch it with a super fan? Thats whats going on here. ❤ content like this
Great to see your kind of fellowship promote another master. Best part was when all three coins returned to the string from--what?--the ether? another dimension?
I really really really really really like an expert talking about another expert - because to me it's all amazing but when someone who can do amazing things is themselves amazed, that is amazing squared and I am here for it! So: more please!
at the end when he pulled the coins through i slowed it down and it seems the string is a little creased - implying he folded it in a way that would cause it to unravel and let the coins off when pulled
Srsly there it's somehow more fun to me as a non magician to see a magician reacts to realy nice tricks. To me pretty much every magic trick is somewhat amazing, even if I know how the basics of the trick work.... but when magicians are fooled; it's on another level
I assume the 3 coins on a ribbon all stack/stick together. So he can merge 3 into 2, 2 into 1, and then 1 into 3. Meanwhile he’s palming coins to drop. How he gets the last on off I can’t see! really cool.
How would you judge Jason Maher based on his magical skills? I was in one of those places that give out coins for you to use; and at first I did a little miser's dream for the girls behind the counter, but it didn't impress them too much so I switched to the French drop, and they were so shocked by it and wanting to see another performance.
And here I thought I was good at magic 😂 and 😭 Bro fooled me on damn near everything in this vidya! And even if I know what he did I have NO IDEA how he did it so cleanly! Any other magicians thinking about quitting coin magic and focusing on doves? 🕊️ Time to fly away and re-read Bobo
I love this content. A master reviewing and being blown away by another master. Two for the price of one!!! But I’ll also subscribe to the other. Thanks!!

Nice! Favourite moment? Seeing someone who is, himself extremely good, being blown away and just enjoying his Art.
Yes! This is exactly what I was thinking! Fantastic comment, I agree 💯 😃

Thanks man!!
wait, then who's that korean channel he linked?
Doesn't seem like that channel belongs to Avi, looks like a different guy
@@kinnikuren I think I saw him on Seulgi Kim's channel recently
@@alveolatethats PH totally different magician. LOL
THANK YOU!!!
You're welcome! Your stuff is amazing!!!
Well it's quite easy. First, you figure out how to break time and space and then you just have to be really subtle about it like he was.
Your reaction remined me of the first time I wandered into a magic shop and the gent behind the counter did some close up magic for an eleven year old me. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he just liked that look on my face after being amazed (I suspect, the same look you had watching Avi). It’s really nice to see how much fun you are having watching another magician. 🔥👍
FYI, YES Avi did release his CCC, it is available for purchase.

Yeah absolutely amazing. That last trick...the plot you could see, but when he brought the other 2 back...mind blown I was not expecting that.
It's a delight to watch someone as talented as you react to other magicians in the way you do .. thanks for being you

@Jason Maher: We absolutely love this kinda content! I see you're back with amazing energy after the golden YT ;)
I met Avi at his lecture and he is an awesome nice dude. The stuff he does is exactly as smooth live as on video even more fooling.
I've been to a lecture of Avi. Even when you know what he does it still blows my mind...
The coin matrix was incredible. His hands didn't even touch the mat for some of the transfers.
Great video! Avi is literally the goat of coin magic
DEFINITELY worthy of a lycan chair!
My favorite part is Jason's reactions!

wow! I am happy to see the Korean magic creator PH in this channel❤
Yeah he's amazing!!!
Even knowing how to do a trick doesn't help. Both of you are just amazing. You got to love magic.
Jason, You are really talented. The last part started out like Troy Hooser's Charming Chinese Challenge.
Lovin what am seein so far, dude. Fun find today, ROCK on!
Jason never really seems to be without ideas. He keeps on producing new tricks all the time. Good work! Keep it coming!
Dude, your reaction was in sync with mine! 😂 absolutely amazing, i was so shocked with the chinese challenge coins as its my favourite to perform, he just took that trick and BAM! All of a sudden, he made it a 1000% better!
I think I figured it out. The guy is using magic.

Great stuff as usual Jason. Keep up the great work. Nice moves from the both of you.
Too good, no idea how
Absolutely sick. Great find , Jason

So: more please!
Love your videos. Makes my day when I find a new video from you. Thank you!
Your laugh at the end was so genuine haha. I love it. 😂
I can’t watch cuz my eyes and brain go into lock down brain freeze. And the pain is killer. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
at the end when he pulled the coins through i slowed it down and it seems the string is a little creased - implying he folded it in a way that would cause it to unravel and let the coins off when pulled
Your theory is correct Jason, he just uses some clever handling to hide the loop. No idea on the coins on the ribbon though!
I love thinking that I have an idea of what is going on and then being just completely caught off guard by what happens next!
That dude is un F'n believable!... But then again, so are you bro!
HAHAHA, That was bloody awesome, not seeing any doubling of ribbon or anything.... baffling and wonderful, Beautiful tricks.
Hear me out: implanted magnets in the palms 👀
Srsly there it's somehow more fun to me as a non magician to see a magician reacts to realy nice tricks. To me pretty much every magic trick is somewhat amazing, even if I know how the basics of the trick work.... but when magicians are fooled; it's on another level
Very impressed by this, awsome video!
I always loved magic, and the way you share it with usis very cool ! Thanks. I'll take a look on his channel too !
I did see it in real life 30 years ago. That magician is a poker movie consultant.
I assume the 3 coins on a ribbon all stack/stick together. So he can merge 3 into 2, 2 into 1, and then 1 into 3. Meanwhile he’s palming coins to drop. How he gets the last on off I can’t see! really cool.
Absolutely brilliant, the coins were outstanding.

Holy Trinity and Neo, who is the One!
His Matrix!
There is no spoon!
I smashed the like button so hard, I cracked my iPad, now you owe me a new iPad .
Love to see Avi on Penn and Teller Fool Us
The 3rd coin in the matrix he flicked forward with his right thumb and covered the travel across the table with his left
Please, more reacts to great magicians, and more Avi Yap
Thanks! That was impressing!
Incredible stuff!
Yep, loved it. More like this please 👍👍👍
I'll have to check him out, that was pretty cool.
I think your responses are great! Pretty much the same as mine. Lol
Extraordinary skill!
Really amazing. I gotta start training lol
Man, kids nowadays are just on another level.
You are so damn funny, dude. Have my like!
My first guess is really high quality folding coins.
I love this content. A master reviewing and being blown away by another master. Two for the price of one!!! But I’ll also subscribe to the other. Thanks!!
Wow! He is going to end up on one of those devil-possessed magician videos - unfortunately. Definitely matrixish!
So good I had to watch it twice
That was some good stuff. I’m even mad now. Lol
I like the part with the coins a lot
Oh yeah Jason uno I really like your TikTok videos Jason because there really good Jason
Great! Thank you!😃
big fan, keep it up
Holy moly that guy is good!!
Your appreciation for the skills of a fellow professional, taking delight in the sleight, even when you know what's happening, is so wholesome, man!
My favourite part is 3 fly from Avi! It's so impressive
Agreed+! But that Chinese challenge effect destroyed me haha
@@streetmagiciandude same haha, that destroyed me as well
It's been about 2 months since YT recommended your videos to me
I get that it looks great, but Is there not any thought that this is just really good editing?
Nah i know enough to know it's legit
i really want to know how he does the tricks lol.
help, jason! youre our only hope!
Loved that. So glad you shared it with us. Would love to see if you can replicate it in the future. Thank you for always sharing interesting magic.
The coin magician was indeed unbelievably good, but I also have no idea about your coin tricks they all seem like "magic" to me 😅
Hiiiiiiii I have been watching u for about 15 hours
