This should be South America at the Copa America tournament. My understanding is that they are very much Christians, most Brazilians in those European leagues are Christians

If God is not working in us, then we are like withered branches fit to be cast into the fire and burned. We must become one even as they are one (John 17:22-23). Just as God works through Jesus, He must also work through us by Jesus. For he that is joined to the Lord is one Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:17), and that spirit is the husbandman-God.
