I got mine on aliexpress but the seller is no longer available. Just search ldrc ld1801 on aliexpress. If it has a gyro built in then its the newest version. Don't pay extra for the one with the 1200mah "upgrade batteries" they are the same 500mah They just printed 1200mah on the battery smh.

if your willing to pay the price on Amazon. Those are V3 but on aliexpress you can find them just make aure the losting shows #1801 model.

Yep, pretty darn good for the money! My v2 Trueno still sits proudly on my desktop for a rainy day or I don't feel like going out

Is the ae86 v3 the same with the white FC?
they are similar but the ae86 has shorter suspension a-arms because its a narrow vehicle. All the other electronics are the same.
They have changed again I have the rx7 it has shocks not the bar and a bigger controller think it's same as the 1899
yup! This video was made before those newer versions came out. Some say its easier to tune the torsion spring style suspension ones.

Nice! Over those two I would get the RX7. Seems to drift better. The gtr and miata have the best stock electronics out of all of them though.

the color choices aren't my favorite. I wish they released the yellow they pictured but can't find that one.

I bought the first one when it came out and man that thing was disappointing. The newer ones look pretty decent
yes, sadly the first two versions without gyros had me give up on them quick. Glad I got to try the newer one and now it's a new addiction 😆.
