Las Vegas: Check in the room and eat at the Food Court on the strip

We parked the car on the fourth floor of the parking garage at the MGM Grand. Walked to the lobby and straight to the rom because Daddy Brad already checked in and received the wireless key on his phone. The walk to the elevators is a bit of a walk, because the hotel is so big, it was pretty far.
Walked by the famous golden Lion at the lobby fronting the hotel lobby and it was not busy at all. I guess during the time we arrived at the hotel it was not during check in time. Walked to our room, and make sure you take the correct elevator because you can easily get lost. Our room was located all the way in the back of one of the towers. Once we got in the room, it was such a relief because that means we can relax and no driving for hours for how many days. We also get to check out Las Vegas, finally!
Our room had a roof view and a back view with a view of the monorail station. At night though, they turn on the green lights that shines on the towers and we had to close both blinds so that the lights were not a burden for us.
After how many hours of being on the road, we were starving. We walked to the strip to a food court that Daddy Brad went to the last time he was in Vegas. He said it was cheaper than the ones in the hotel, which it probably was. We got Panda Express, Subway and Sbarros. Definitely filled us up and gave us energy.
