As long as ice packs and breastmilk are frozen solid it'll be fine. TSA requires either testing every single one, or you can usually get a pat down and hand swabs tests instead of having them test them all. That's my experience flying with breastmilk or other liquids like juices for my toddler. My husband often did the pat down for me as we always flew together. This was especially true at the airport in FL.
Curious to know why you're pumping if you no longer have a baby? Hope this question isn't too invasive, if it is, please ignore it. Thanks for all the info!
Great question!!! So I donate to a milk bank that helps Preemies and they compensate donors. So it’s a great way to help babies and my family. I also like to pump and it’s good for my body to breastfeed. :)
My son is going through a growth spurt and still only able to nurse 4x a day and I'm struggling to keep up with him while nursing and pumping 😭 He's got some strict orders to get him on proper weight gain. He nurses 4 times a day, and takes 4 bottles of pumped milk a day (2 of which have to be fortified with high calorie formula)

This pump bag is so cute!
Do you have to use dry ice to keep the milk frozen while traveling
You could! But I’ve always had enough milk that it all keeps cool. But my flights have only been 1-3 hours long.
what is the caboo spray do?
It a lubricant for your flanges so it’s more comfortable to pump.
Is it ok to freeze 6 oz on each bag for TSA check or should it be less?
As long as it’s frozen any amount is fine!

What is the Buddha? Is it a massager?
