Thank you for this review, I have been enjoying the BSB on Bible Hub website and I am tempted to purchase a print version. This review was helpful and gave me the information I needed to make my decision.
I got one several months ago just like the one you’re showing. The best thing about this bible is the text layout and line spacing. Very easy to read and follow (not getting lost on which line you are on). One of the best text block layouts in my opinion.
Great review. Glad they settled in Berean Standard Bible vs Berean Study Bible. I'm sure people assumed "study" meant lots of notes and comments. Good stuff!
Thank you for checking out my channel and this review! Let me know what you think about this Bible here in the comments. Also what do you think about the music. Nice, too distracting or meh. Let me know as well.
One very nice option we have with the BSB is that the text block is sold standalone with no cover...and it's very inexpensive. This opens the world of rebinding to us. Sure they're expensive. Some might argue it's silly to pay a couple hundred dollars or more to rebind a $25 text block but it's not a bad idea at all if this is the translation you truly love. Send that text block off and get the edges speckled. Then off to the rebinder for a Badalassi Olmo cover with all the bells and whistles. Edge bound, perimeter stitched, full Yapp with tooled line, gold gilt line, lambskin liner, raised spine hubs, custom embossing, etc. Your grandchildren will be fighting over who gets it. (I recommend Rocky Mountain Bibles for rebinding. VERY affordable)
Great review man. I have the merlot colorway and overall feel and construction is nice, but I agree that it would have been nice to see at least a vinyl liner at the price point
Even though I prefer the majority text, this has quickly shot up into my top 5 translations! I'd like to see this layout in a words of Christ in blue edition, similar to what Humble Lamb and Thomas Nelson are doing.
I would prefer a black letter over red. For me it’s easier to highlight and underline and journal when there is not red letter. I would also enjoy a wide margin version. Being they sell the book block it’s easy to just do a rebind and get a better cover and liner.
I'm really interested in trying out the Berean Standard Bible for two reasons: 1. Pronouns pertaining to God are capitalized. 2. Its readability similar to the NIV 1984 Edition Bible. New here. Liked & Subscribed. Question: What does the "S" in your channel icon/logo stands for?

That is one thing I also like about the layout! Kinda easy on the eyes!

Thank you so much!
I really enjoy the BSB translation.

Enjoyed the Bible video thank you. As for the music it’s meh as far as that song goes but not the music in general

I hope Berean Standard Bible would have a blue-letter edition in Compact A5 sized .
I’d like that too I’ve been hoping a publisher picks this up. I suppose that will depend on popularity and them knowing they will sell.
I have both the Tosca Red and Blue. I only wished they were edge-lined and not paste down.

I need a Berean pocket bible if they make them

Glad to have you! The s is actually a dollar sign referring to the budget aspect of my channel
@@biblesonabudget213 Makes sense. Pardon I was a bit slow there.
