The other girl with the hair clip is Ji hyun and she's trying to find the original creator of inappropriate edited pictures of her. So then this other girl says she got it from Ok Chanmi (which isn't true, but she doesn't know that. The original creator made it look like that) and she slaps her. Ji soo heon then tries to save the new girl ok chanmi and takes her with him to talk. The reason why Ji hyun is looking so angry afterwards is because she has a crush on ji soo heon and ok chanmi and ji soo heon have been shipped a lot. Hope this helps
