During Covid, during my annual physical, I found out I was severely deficient in Vitamin D and was put on a prescription mega dose. I also heard that Zinc would help fortify my immune system from Covid so I started taking that. Lo and behold, my dark spots began to lighten. I recommend people to get their D checked. Thank you, doctor.
@@rani1835 At first, the doctor put me on a prescription strength of 50,000 units until I got back to normal, but I still take OTC Vitamin D, though not very religiously. And, I forgot how much zinc I took and I have not been taking it recently. There are lots of good videos on RUclips..
@@rani1835 50mg zinc picollinate daily and 1000iu of vitamin d3 for every 25 pounds that you weigh. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds you would take 6,000iu of vitamin d3. Also, add 200mg of vitamin k2 daily because it works well with vitamin d3. And if you want to round out your health add 400mg of a magnesium complex. Look up Dr. Ben Fuchs to learn more about acne and zinc picollinate - he also mentions 20,000iu of vitamin A per day for acne. Good luck to you.
@rani1835 Please get your blood tested and take the amount YOUR dr recommends for YOU. Please don't try to copy a random internet stranger's dosage. I see this all the tiiiime.
Loving and appreciating your channel with all the helpful information that you give and the icing on the cake is your soothing voice and appearance! makes listening very relaxing and enjoyable🤗
you mentioned you can use retinols and this product if they are used at different times of the day, but what about exfoliant acids like lactic acid and mandelic acid? can you use a lactic acid/mandelic acid peel on one day and take a break from the faded cream when you use these acids? and then the next day use the faded cream again? thanks!
Just got this faded. But it literally does not Have any smell , was waiting for the funky smell. But no smell at all like at all. Did i buy fake. Everything looks real .
Maybe they removed the glutathione! The one I purchased from Sephora about 4-5 months ago definitely has a strong off-putting sulfur -like scent, but I’ve gotten used to it.
So I can use other products on days I don’t use faded n time? Cause I have alpha arbutin ordinary, correcting serum good molecules and Anua niacinamide
Hi Dr thanks for your video i got alot on my arms and it don't look nice i am ashamed to wear clothes without sleeves i am 71 years but feel still young i have tried so many stuff on youtube and nothing helps i really appreciate your videos from South Africa 🤗❣️ thanks
Does this product actually smell like sulfur? I always thought it smelled like the water in a vase of old roses. But maybe I’m mistaken, I did alter my sense of smell when I contracted covid 3 years ago. Most pungent smells never returned to their original smells.
I’ve used it under mine without irritation for a few months and saw results. Start off slow and if it irritates you then discontinue use or dial back the frequency.
Topicals Faded does contain fragrance “Ethylene Brassylate”. It’s a masking fragrance to cover up its natural odor. Which is why I switched to Regimen Lab’s Level serum for hyperpigmentation.
Can this be used along with Kojic acid soap ,azelic acid or any other type of hyperpigmentation product ? Where would the cosrex snail essence fall within these steps?
You can use it conjunction with microneedling with tranexamic acid serum. The safest way to do this, I talk about in this video. ruclips.net/video/pC1WXXWeCNQ/видео.html
It says not to use with retinoids and AHA BHAs. How stringent is that. Like don't use the same day. Don't use it at all or don't use in the same application time?
I use it but my skin continues to get dry. I was advised by a dermatologist to stop using it coz i have extra dry skin. Doctor what do you advise me to use with it so that i dont get more dry. Thanks alot
You need at least 2-3months if not 6 months to see improvement with the majority of skin care outside procedures. This is more so when it comes to scar treatments.
Helpful thanks. What store can this be bought in? I dont see any of the ingredients you liated as being sun sensitive? It doesnt have ahas which is most susceptible
@@surpriseitsus9622 you literally answered none of my questions. I know it can be bought online. I'm asking which store it can be found in. I never said don't use sunscreen. None of the ingredients he listed are sun sensitive, which he stated on the video.
