My neighbor just told me he seen a monster about 26 wide with a big kicker off right side cross right in front of my barn and head straight towards my food plot I just planted, and I have been back there every day for the last few weeks getting stuff mowed and sprayed, and I also found a giant persimmon tree 200 yards from my barn right beside the road that is loaded with fruit and I found some big oaks that are dropping all around my property! Big sexy is popping up and I'm getting pumped up! My lil boy is stoked as well!

Great advice. I only have 21 acres and its full of deer. We see deer about everytime we hunt it. But we try not to over hunt it. I actually belong to a sportsmans club that has 1000 acres and is close to home. We will b hunting it more this yr

If I could stay out all year I would. But with soil tests mowing or spraying plots, hanging trail cams, foilier feeding, working ground or spreading seed in fall, fertilising after fall germination for barrasicas. Obviously stay out of core area, Hard not to apply pressure. I try to stay out after Sept 4.

I wasn’t referring to staying out all year you have to do your work. That’s normal. What I meant to say was stay out as much as you can. Obviously stay away from bedding areas. I always try to get all my work done at least a month before hunting season. Then I’ll pick and choose hunting days

I completely understand what you are saying and I agree. Just saying there's so much I want to get done during off-season but hate applying pressure even then. Should I worry about that?
