Miami man uploaded videos depicting sex abuse involving children as young as 1 year old, police say

Junior Del Villar Hernandez was booked into jail on Wednesday. The 39-year-old is accused of uploading 15 videos through his Gmail account depicting child sexual abuse, involving victims that include toddlers.
