I have adhd and high functioning autism spectrum. Everyday life is fine, but once a few weeks, especially today, when im out of my adhd medication, i have absolutely zero motivation to get out of bed. Im basically like mentally paralysed to do anything without getting totally distracted. Time flies by even if i dont use my phone. One thing that destimulates me and helps be go through this horror of a day is playing those family guy episodes on my tv. No need to overthink, its chill, funny and interesting, but also i can stop watching anytime to do something else. I love it
@@SuperBobby1967 Yeah, its not a big deal. Just some days are worse but i eventually get up and start doing shit in the evening. Once i get my medicine its mostly fine. Those days are avoidable with proper habits and discipline, i need to get back on working on that
