you have to have "news'. What they consider news has always been a mystery to me. Once I wrote a book on how to find a job in our city. They considered that news. I got a ton of TV coverage at no cost to me. But other things I think are important they don't consider news. Think about what you know or what you do that is "news", and if the local news considers it news too, yes, they would love to have your help.
