Pretty bad, haven't practiced Stygian Abyss much, for one room I had to pause, open GameFAQs map and look up solution
Pride also went pretty bad

I loved and despised this game as a kid. Seeing someone beat it finally buried a demon of my past. In all reality it's a great puzzle adventure just programmed horribly. The amount of slowdown and audio glitches show how quickly it was rushed out. Also, screw those damn trees that shoot lasers!

I used to speedrun this in about 15 minutes by throwing the gameboy across the room after dying.

Are there any skips or glitches you would say a runner of this game should learn? I run gameboy/game gear games and I have been wanting to run this game and it seems you are the sole runner right now.

Oh shoot, I haven't run this in a while. I don't recall there being any skips/glitches, although there's one trick - when you die on easy you can continue and respawn in the same room, but Mariah gets trumpet back if she used that already. I use it once, somewhere
