      Yeah they're a brilliant artist, I'd recommend listening to their track: 'Final Fantasy' (which samples Imogen Heap) That's what I based this tutorial around, although they have other great songs too. Have fun with the pad playing

    As a mix engineer, I seriously appreciate the use of Soothe to tame the upper-mid harshness of your tracks.
    You can achieve quite an amazing mix by taming all the harsh frequencies out of your song. It allows you to push your tracks to make them sound brighter and louder, without hurting your ears, at any volume.

      It’s called the 808 standard 1 JW1, available in most online packs (jungle jungle etc) however any short punchy 808 will work. Just shorten the tail of any 808 you like
