It’s honestly annoying to have hair but only way to let it grow is to “protective “ style… not every black person wanna wear braids and wigs or ponytails and twist

Thanks girl , I have started unfollowing those natural hair gurus with extremely long hair but boring hair life style , like what do you mean your hair is waistlength and you never wear it out ? LOL

Exactly!! I’m like boooo that’s no fun lol especially when it’s been long for years and they still just keep it away all the time. It’s just not realistic for everyone.

The moment I walk through my door both me and my daughter put on our head scarfs and bonnets. If we are in the house, that’s what’s on our heads lol. My hair always be moisturised. I use the Shea moisture coconut and hibiscus line. I use the smoothie with the eco style gel. I wash my hair every Sunday and always do a masque with a heat cap. When I get to Sunday, my hair is in such good condition, most people are surprised I don’t stretch my wash days. I keep telling them, that’s why my hair is in good 😂

Girl your so right about using a serum I’ve been using serums for a few years now and it is also just as good as a natural oil for me.whats your favourite serum? I’ve eliminated the detangling portion before and in the shower because my hair doesn’t need it once shampoo,condition/ deep condition I detangle with a brush before styling with a lot of water and serum and that’s it. I’ve found once you shampoo and condition and rinse most of the tangles are gone, which is perfect base for detangling before styling

Hey! Finding products that your hair responds well to is key. A good way to do this is looking at the ingredients for products your hair likes and looking for products with those same ingredients. Also figuring out your moisture cycle will help. My hair needs moisture every 4-5 days. I’ll be posting my morning routine in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned!
