We have a massive problem with filthy pigeons at our warehouses here in the UK. A marksman comes in every 6 weeks and does a decent job at our particular site but its not frequent enough, keep up the great work South Oz👍
Great to see the sense of humour with the sound bites/effects is still going strong. I used to watch multiple channels for Feral Hog, Bird & Vermin extermination but that sense of humors knocked them all out of the running
Thanks for the new video, great shooting from you and Bob, as usual. I hope the videos come closer together, and I am looking forward to the new permission. Cheers from Texas.
You'll win every battle but the war will never end. Your comment about rats being stupid is interesting - they are usually very clever creatures but they don't have a clue when it comes to flying lead - unlike cats and pigs who always make themselves scarce when the lead goes airborne.
@drewrowl I think you misunderstand me. These guys do a great job - imagine the state of the farm if pigeons and rats weren't controlled? It also looks like very good fun.
@@drewrowlSouth Oz Hobby Hunter was the first pest control channel I encountered on RUclips and his explanations three years ago were most helpful. Some of his earlier videos have been clicked on millions of times. I now try to support smaller pest control channel authors on RUclips, but it all began here for me...
Good to see u back ive been doin a lot of this stuff for tne past 12 months a i tell u the pigeon population hax exploded it must be the weather we have been having they just dont seem to be dropping off ive been using these H&N TERMINATOR PELLETS omg they are great i havnt got into the hades yet but they are heavier than the terminators iwas using a heavier pellet before but it wasnt having enough knock down power so i tried the terminators wich are alot lighter and they seem to anchor the birds better
Hi guy's awesome to see another video !! Hope you're doing well !!! I've been very busy on this side of the world , "salem massachusetts USA! Keep up the great work ! I really love seeing these videos!!!
I’m amazed how bold the rats are in the daylight, and you being fairly close to them. Amazing! You’re doing Gods work! Hope that’s not considered religious mate. 🤔
Love the commentary, music hits and sound efx. Plus, you don’t film yourself crapping on like other channels do. Makes this channel more entertaining all round! Plus I’m also Aussie … 🎉
Yes, even that fine of wire can cause the pellets to deviate, you just have to be lucky. It's like hitting a golf ball through a tree and not hitting a branch or the leaves. 90% of the tree is empty space and only 10% tree, the chances are in your favour.
Hello South Oz. I am a subscriber for quite some months now. Good quality footage and great pest control. But please don't call it hunting. Your series could be titled " pest control", "vermin eradication" or even " helping farmers". Calling pest control for quantity in a controlled environment 'Hunting', gives city people a bad impression, not only what you are doing as a pest controller. It also gives city people a bad view on hunters.
I call the channel South OZ Hobby Hunter, because that's what it started out as. I originally was hunting rabbits and foxes, until I was lucky enough to get permission on some farms where they had a rat problem. The channel grew from then on but I have kept the name.
What is your problem with the birds,,,,,,don't shoot them,,,i don't want to see your video again if you continue to shoot the birds,,,,I came from the Philippines,,
They are a nuisance. Their faeces are acidic, carry diseases, epidemic amounts of them without enough natural predator species to keep them in check, nests create fire hazards, and eat the feed grain costing the farmers more to feed their livestock. Thus costing US more at the stores. It’s about the same as you treat monkeys in your home country. There ya go a little education for ya brother.

Came for the Rat Pesting. Stayed for the Commentary, Music,& Sound Effects. 😅😂🤣
Glad you liked it buddy.
Great vid! Glad to see you're back. The Rapid Fire was excellent.
Yeah I do like the rapid fire segment...just not the editing of it.
I'm sure that farmer is happy to see you guys come around.

13:52 thats what i call one busting headache but the accuracy is very good too
I know you and Bob have lives outside of this, but it's a happy day when a new video arrives.
Thank you, look forward to the next.
Our pleasure!

Yes the new permission is quite good fun.
I'm from Brazil and I love your videos, I'll soon buy my ATN.
The ATN are fantastic, make sure to get the ABL to go with the scope to get the most out of it.
Welcome back my friend! It's been a while. glad to see you haven't lost your aim!! Keep them critters in check and thanks!
Thanks I will continue to do my best mate.
Just a quick Hello from Northern New Jersey, USA. Be well and stay safe. 😊

LOL Thanks mate
I was a bit disappointed. No cats! BUGGER! That's my favourite part of all your videos! 😁

You were warned not to watch it, I clearly read the instructions. Good marksmanship! Give him a gold medal olimpian

I took a break from watching your vids, came back and noticed you’re up to 83k subscribers!! Sick work Oz 😎
Thanks I hope to get near to my 100,000 soon
That one mouse with the exploding head tho!!!! 🫨🫨🫨🤮
Yeah, that was a little overkill.
You mean the bugger at 13:40? Yeah, that was quite impressive. Made me think "Why does he shoot High Explosive rounds? And where do I get some?" 😂
That was a swallow not a sparrow that are protected
"When the swallows return to Capistrano..." 😂
Glad to see you're back!
Thanks.
I am surprised the fine wire mesh offers no resistance, I would've expected more deflection at 5:23

14:00 must have been using hollow point rounds. Decapitated.
It was just the perfect point and the bones exploded
We're you able to recover all that ----...
100k that would be good, I am struggling to get more than my 12 😂 great video as always!
You can do it! Just takes time.
Good that i checked your channel, your vids aren't being recommended!
2 questions
no starling problem in Australia ?
why so many rats in a day time ?
Yes, starling are a problem pest here. As for the rats, there are just so many that I guess they feel safe in numbers.
Great job. There is definitely a real need. To many pets.
We agree!
welcome back
Thanks buddy
Good work colleague. 👌🏼
Gr Frank, from Holland.
Great job!
Thank you! Cheers!
14:33 made me chuckle 😂 bro! I was like, not the Harlem Shake!
are the farm pigeons fit ti eat?
Possibly but I am not willing to risk it.
@@SouthOZHobbyHunter

Judging from what I see, the rifle's stopping power is minimal ..... how many joules are delivered by a shot?
06:18 What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow? 🤔
Is it carrying a coconut?
Perfect very perfect work Thank you
Glad you like it!
We have a ; we'll...; you get the idea
Funky chicken got me loool :D !!
Glad you liked it mate
Please, leave in the sound of the thud when they hit the deck.
Sadly that sound is rarely picked up by the microphone in the scope.
That's a mass of birds getting shot and rats. Do yall do the cleanup as well?
Not at this farm, the workers do that for us the next day.
Wiggle wiggle wiggle, luv it.

Cheers from Germany!

Thanks mate
Их можно есть, довольно вкусные 😊
I am imagining how it would be like to be a cat in this farm
Cats are not welcome on this farm - they get filled with the lead, same as the rats.
Not that good if I see him.
Is Ping! ------ ------!.. is Ping!..
Get that ----; got him, multiple times, I might say; in the ---! Ping ------ ------!! Ping!!...
Brilliant!

오랜만이네요 반가워요❤
It’s been a while. Nice to meet you❤
Yes, sorry I have been very lazy in getting my video out. Hope to fix that over the next few weeks.
Do the pigs stored in these facilities ever eat any of the birds/rats that you guys kill?
Yes if they fall into the pens, we try our best to avoid this though.
Pigs will eat ANYTHING.
Super rat helikopter.🚁👍🤣
LOL Thanks mate
Wiggle Wiggle Wiggle 😂
LOL Thanks
