How to replace the Nintendo Wii disk drive - 10Min fix with no fuss!!

Just a quick one, no mess, no fuss. Today im repairing our home console, its stopped reading disks. Its a quick and easy repair that should take no more than 10min with a few basic tools needed.
You going to need a small cross head screwdriver and a long tri-wing screw driver.
