    Chicken Paratha Roll
    Ingredients for Paratha:
    All-purpose flour 3 cups
    Wheat flour 1 cup
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Water as required
    Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
    Chicken (boneless) 800 g
    Yogurt 1/2 cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Soy sauce 2 tbsp
    Chili sauce 2 tbsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Black peppercorns (crushed) 1 tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp / to taste
    Oil (for shallow frying) as required
    Ingredients for Red Chili Sauce:
    Whole Red Chilies (soaked) 1/2 cup
    Garlic cloves 3-4
    Chili sauce 1 tbsp
    Ketchup 1 cup
    Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
    Ingredients for Garlic Mayo Sauce:
    Mayonnaise 1 cup
    Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Black peppercorns (crushed) 1 tsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
    Ingredients for Vinaigrette Veggies:
    Onion (Sliced) 1 cup
    Cucumber (julienne) 1/2 cup
    Tomatoes (julienne) 1 cup
    Vinegar 2 cups
    Ingredients for Chicken Paratha Roll:
    Prepared paratha
    Prepared chicken
    Garlic mayo sauce
    Red chili sauce
    Vinaigrette veggies
    Directions for Paratha Preparation:
    1. In a bowl add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, oil, salt and mix it well. Add water and knead a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 mins.
    2. Now take the prepared dough and divide it into 8 parts.
    3. Make a dough ball from each part and take one dough ball. Roll it out into flat circle.
    4. Brush ghee on it and make a lacha paratha.
    5. Transfer it onto preheated griddle and cook each side until golden in color. Brush ghee on it. Your paratha is ready.
    Directions for Chicken Preparation:
    6. In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili flakes, black peppercorns crushed, salt, red chili powder and mix it well. Marinate the chicken for 20-25 mins.
    7. In pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done. set aside.
    Directions for Red Chili Sauce Preparation:
    8. In a blender add soaked red chilies, garlic, chili sauce, ketchup, salt and blend it well into smooth paste. Your Red Chili Sauce is ready.
    Directions for Garlic Mayo Sauce Preparation:
    9. In a bowl add mayo, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well. your Garlic Mayo Sauce is ready.
    Directions for Vinaigrette Veggies Preparation:
    10. In a bowl add vinegar, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and soak for 10-15 mins. Set aside.
    Directions for Chicken Paratha Roll Preparation:
    11. Take prepared paratha and spread red chili sauce on it. Drizzle garlic mayo sauce on it.
    12. Add prepared chicken, vinaigrette veggies and fold the paratha into roll shape.
    13. Your Chicken Paratha Roll is ready.

    Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
    Serving: 2-3
