iLikePancakes The first video replay was their debute song that was in 2008 but it got reloaded to RUclips in 2011. The second video you reacted to was a couple of years after they debuted that why they look different their a little bit older. By the way Taemin in the first video replay was only 14 when he debuted in 2008.

In Korea there is a funeral tradition where usually the father and/or the brother of the person who passed away is called the head mourner and the head mourner stays with the person for the three days before the funeral, when the loved ones can say goodbye and they also carry the coffin and the picture. And in Jonghyuns case, the other SHINee members were the head mourners, they were greeting the people saying goodbye to Jonghyun, comforted them, they stayed with Jonghyun until the very end. With the help of the Super Junior members they carried his coffin. I think that really shows that they were so much more than colleagues or friends, they were brothers.

"Our Page" is a tribute to Jonghyun. He committed suicide on December 18, 2017😭He was an amazing artist with the most beautiful and powerful voice in kpop. I really miss him😭😭😭

Jonghyun was the Main vocalist of SHINee, he produced and wroted songs , as well he was an author, his book "skeleton flower". He suffered from depression for many year, and lost the battle.
I suggest you to react to his solo music as well.
Ahh SHINee I really recomend you to watch/react to their live performances are 100%better than their MV.
Other comments already talked about what happened to Jonghyun, he was the Main vocalist and also produced/wrote a lot of SHINee songs. He was very loved but he had years suffering from depression , we all knew(member/fans), but we believed he was doing a lot better... since he gained weight and looked happy.... we all were Shocked... specially his family and brothers(members) , that had to recive psycological help (therapy) after what happened.
Also the MV for "Our Page" is basically what they have being doing after what happened to JH, on their own... and then in the end they are together back as SHINee.

"View" is one of the many songs that was wrote and composed by Jonghyun, SHINee's main vocalist. The more you react to SHINee, the more you will discover just how prolific Jonghyun was as a songwriter and composer in his 27 short years. :D
Jonghyun was special. He’s missed daily. Took me nearly a year to be able to listen to their songs again. Even cried everyday for over a year. Such beauty and talent and spirit lost. 🥀

SHINee is my ultimate group for 11 years and counting. It was the hardest part hearing what happened but everyone should move forward but for us Shinee fans (shawols) Jonghyun will be always present regardless of time ❤️
They are an amazing group and loved by many and considered as Princes of kpop becuase of their talent and humbleness. ❤️You can watch their live performances which portrays their best vocls and extraordinary dances.

"Replay" is SHINee's debut song and MV from 2008. The Nuna (the older girl SHINee have a crush on that they are singing to) in the "Replay" MV is the leader of their sister group***. Her name is Victoria and she is from the group F(x). This MV came out more than a year before F(X) debuted so this was Victoria even before debut. (Funny thing is Victoria is native Chinese and she says she was still learning Korean during this time and she could barely even say SHINee.) Victoria was so perfect in this role because she is a few years older than any of the SHINee members so she fit well as the lead actress in this MV. As the song says, 'Nunan neomu yeppeo .... replay, replay, replay ...." In other words they are saying "pretty older woman I really like you and I think you like me too ... every time I see you I need a replay of the moment over and over again in my head." Nunan neomu yeppeo is a Korean term that essentially means "Pretty older woman" Yeppeo is a term that means beautiful that is only used by guys to describe a beautiful woman that is older than them. There really isn't a literal translation of the term so that is why the song is called "Replay" in English. But in Korean it is called "Nuna neomu yeppeo." That's why if you watch SHINee on a lot of variety shows and TV programs the older women in the show often ask SHINee to sing this song to them.
***Groups are considered sister/brother groups to each other when they are groups who are under the same label who usually debut within a few years or less of each other and they are usually groups that are similar in size (number of members), the members are all close in age, and they often have similar concepts and music styles. For example, SHINee and F(x) are brother/sister groups because they are both SM Entertainment groups, they debuted within a year of each other, they both are 5 member groups and they have similar music styles and concepts, etc. Most groups and companies within the Kpop industry work this way. Groups under the same company of opposite genders who debut close to each other are usually considered each other's brother/sister group and they are often paired together for special stages and projects. such as being featured in each other's MVs, etc.
This is considered one of the best debut songs of all time for any Kpop artist because its so timeless and it never goes out of style or sounds outdated no matter how old it gets. This song makes all the women swoon.
You just witnessed baby SHINee and were already blown away, just imagine what it will be like as you go through their discography and MVs. They have 12 full-length albums (6 Korean albums and 6 Japanese albums), a multitude of mini albums, numerous OSTS, they each have solo songs and albums and there are hundreds of live performances that will absolutely leave you speechless with their talent. And it only gets more and more impressive as you follow them through their career. They have accomplished a lot in the past 11 years and they are one of the groups that made Kpop what it is today.
SHINee are one of the most iconic and influential groups as trendsetters. Like I often remind people who are new to Kpop, when watching these older MVs you have to put everything in context of when it was released. Yes, you are so right, this song was actually ahead of its time in 2008 when it first came out. SHINee are known for never being afraid to experiment with their style and sound in a song and for the fact that no two songs of their's will ever be the same even on the same album. SHINee are always setting trends never following them Nothing you hear from SHINee will ever sound the same and yet somehow it will always sound like SHINee. You also have to keep in mind that "Replay" was SHINee's debut song and MV. So when you put it all in to perspective its super impressive and shows just how talented even as teenagers they were. If you want to see where SHINee truly shines you have to watch some of their live concert footage and you should check out their iconic performance of "Replay" Live at their SHINee World concert in 2015.
Did you know that SM originally wanted to make SHINee a hip-hop group because that was the style of music that was really popular in 2008 when they debuted. That's why Key and Minho are both rappers and how Taemin started out as a popper in dance. But as Key tells it, they just didn't have the swag to pull of hip-hop, so SM switched up their sound and style to something that fit them better and they came up with the signature classic SHINee R&B vocals they are now known for. I, for one, am so glad they debuted with this style instead of hip-hop. Can you imagine if the world never knew the amazing vocals and sound that is SHINee today? Things would be so different.
May 25, 2019 was SHINee's 11th anniversary. So SHINee are part of the second generation of Kpop and yet they are younger then most everyone in their generation and are the same age or even younger than most other groups such as EXO and BTS, etc.which are part of Kpop's third generation. They debuted young and have the experience of seasoned veterans. It just goes to show you why they are legends in the industry.
SHINee debuted when Onew (the leader and lead vocalist) was 18, Jonghyun (the main vocalist and songwriter) had just turned 18, Minho (the main rapper and sub-vocalist) and Key (lead vocalist and sub-rapper) were 16 and Taemin (Main dancer and lead vocalist) was 14, so now after 11 years they are all in their late to mid-20s. SHINee are some of the most well respected artists in the industry.
Jonghyun is known as one of the best vocalist in Kpop who is one of the most prolific songwriters and composers of his generation. Jonghyun has wrote and composed over 40% of SHINee's songs, plus he wrote all of his own solo songs and numerous songs for other artists such as EXO's "Playboy" and songs for Taemin, IU and Lee HI, etc., as well as several movie and drama OSTs. He was one of the only SM artists to be given complete artistic control over his work , including SHINee's song selections. SM knew that if Jonghyun was involved in any way that the song would be a hit. He was extremely respected within the industry as a songwriter, composer and singer.
As the main vocalist Jonghyun is the one you hear with all the amazing high notes and R&B runs and ad libs most of the time.
Taemin is considered one of THE BEST dancers in the industry and that's not just by fans but by everyone in the industry, both young and old. Taemin's nickname is the Korean Micheal Jackson. As you can see by their "Replay" MV, even at 14, Taemin was one of the best dancers in the industry, and you will soon discover with the more that you watch from SHINee and Taemin's solo work that he has only gotten more magnificent over the years. Taemin truly is art when it comes to his performances.
SHINee are one of the top groups that are known for the fact that they all can do it all. They are a group of 5 amazing vocalists, 5 impressive dancers, 5 visuals, 5 rappers, 5 top actors, and 5 of the most talented and unique voices in all of Kpop. Once you get to know them better you will wonder how it was even possible that you couldn't tell them apart. As a Shawol (a SHINee fan) I tell people that once you get to know their voices you will always be able to pick them out of a crowd just by the sound of their voice. I can tell who is speaking or singing within 1 second even with my eyes closed with them standing in a crowd of people. Each of their voices are that unique -- there is no one with a voice like any of their's. That is why they are the princes of Kpop.
SHINee are known for their live vocals and amazing dancing. They are known as CD-quality singers because they sound just as good live, if not better, than they do recorded. SHINee always sings live. The ONLY thing they are not good at is lip syncing so they avoid it at all costs, so when you hear SHINee singing 95% of the time it will be live. They have trained their entire career to be able to sing live and always sound flawless while performing extremely complex choreography. You really should check out some of their live performances because their stages are like none other. Their concerts last 3 to 4 hours straight and they perform nonstop and never sound out of tune or out of breath. They are also one of the best dancers in Kpop and they have some of the best harmonies you will ever hear. If you know EXO then you know how good of vocalists they are, well the members of SHINee actually were mentors to a lot of the EXO members and they helped coach them in their singing. The EXO members and SHINee members are all around the same age and they were in the same trainee classes together and yet SHINee debuted almost 5 years before EXO, so that just goes to show you a little bit of what makes SHINee so amazing and why they are considered legends.

@@starrynightfall00 Also, did you know that Suho, the leader of EXO, was originally training as a member of SHINee? He was all set to debut as part of SHINee when he hurt his knee and had to sit out for a while, so SM decided to debut SHINee as the 5 member group that we know them as today. Kim JunMyeon ended up having to wait 4 more years before he was able to debut as a member of EXO. However, I think it all worked out the way it was supposed to, because if he hadn't been injured he never would have become the leader, and as the members of EXO have said, Suho is meant to be a leader, he is super smart and they say he could even be president some day if he wanted to. That's why JunMyeon (Suho) and Minho are really close. Minho has always felt guilty that he was able to debut and had to leave JunMyeon behind He has said several times how sorry he was that Suho had to wait for so long to finally debut and how he had wished they could have done it together. SMTown really is one big family. :D
In "Everybody" SHinee are supposed to be toy soldiers and they get their energy and power from the fans. So all the moves and everything you see, including the way they are dressed, is supposed to emulate how a toy solider would look and move. The fans power them up and that's why in the beginning they wake up from the floor and in the end they run out of energy and they disengage and fall back down to the floor to wait for the fans to come and power them back up again. In the middle of the performance where they come together and create that picture in their dance, they are supposed to look like an air plane, that's why Onew spins his arms round really fast like the propeller of a plane.

SHINee were originally supposed to be a hip-hop group! Which I know, insanity. Thankfully LSM came to his senses. When Shinee debuted hip hop was the bomb, and SHINee blew everything up with Replay, choreo by Rino Nakasone. SHINee are literally in a league of their own. All members are soloists, although Minho doesn't yet have an album. He dropped his single, I'm Home, the day he enlisted. SHINee to watch: Excuse Me Miss live. Shinee in the House, live. Everybody live at Tokyo Dome, Our Page and Countless, both of which come from their 10th anniversary album The Story of Light. If Taemin is Korea's Michael Jackson, Jonghyun is Korea's Prince. Singer, dancer, composer, lyricist - there's no one like Jonghyun, nor with there ever be again, I miss him. Minho, our Marine, is also an actor, and writes his raps! He's very underrated as a rapper. Key is the all-rounder! Singer, dancer, fashion expert, host - seriously, he's going to take over the world and I, for one, am for it. Onew (Jinki) - is a singer and actor, while Taemin is just simply an amazing artist. He's transcending kpop dance and becoming...well. As I said before, SHINee are in a league of their own.

So to help explain what is happening in SHINee's "Tell Me What to Do" MV, the members are all playing a group of friends which also includes this girl. How I see the story is that they all have been friends with this girl for a very long time and Taemin has always been in love with her, but unfortunately, what you see is that she is in love with Minho and they are dating. However, Taemin is super jealous and his jealousy has gotten to the point where he can no longer hide his anger and disappointment -- that's why you see him acting kind of crazy and really angry. That's why you see him getting drunk and silently watching Minho and the girl with that seething, jealous look on his face. It is also why you see him crazily pick up that gun and wave it around like he is drunkenly joking with everyone and making bad choices. Its supposed to be about a group of teenagers/young 20-something guys hanging out together and partying in an abandoned warehouse or construction zone, etc. You see them having fun riding around in the car together, but if you notice Taemin is sitting there jealously watching Minho and the girl and wishing it was him who she was in love with. I interpret the floating guns as a metaphor, where Taemin is surrendering to everything and he is struggling to figure out how to cope with all his feelings, etc. You see Minho and Taemin get in a fight and Minho is essentially saying, "hey man its not my fault she is in love with me and not you ... you need to back off and get over yourself ... snap out of it ... what is wrong with you?", etc. So the song is called "Tell Me What To Do" because the rest of the members are pretty much saying "Tell Me What to do ... What should I do to fix this rift in our friendship and how do we fix it and go back to the way we used to be?", etc. Its a coming of age story about friendship and the things that can happen in someone's life that can cause a rift between friends. In the end you see Taemin drop the lighter and some say the lighter is what catches the car on fire and it symbolizes the end to their youthful innocence, but you also see Minho get in the car and then you see the car blow up. Some say Taemin is so Jealous that he blows up the car and kills Minho. its definitely a darker concept, but you shouldn't feel too sad, because at this point nothing had happened with SHINee yet and it doesn't really have anything to do with this MV. Its only after the fact, that we now can give the story a deeper meaning.
The only saving grace to this story is that we know that SHINee is too much of a close knit group to ever let something like this happen to them for real and, that in terms of SHINee, this story is so far from reality that this would never happen with their friendship. Once again this was a departure from anything we have ever seen from SHINee before and its unlike anything they have every done as a concept for an MV. But it was exactly SHINee-like in every way.
Minho wrote the rap part for this song and the lyrics are really meaningful. You should look up the English translation for the song so you can see what the song is about. Once you know what the song is about it takes on a whole new feel.
You should really watch a video of SHINee performing this song live on a radio program called "Blue Night". The radio show was hosted by Jonghyun. He hosted the weekly radio program for 3 years. During "Tell Me What to Do" promotions the other SHINee members were guests on the show and Jonghyun had to do double duty that night as both host and guest. You should really watch this clip ruclips.net/video/ZuWJIZLPylE/видео.html. This was my favorite performance of "Tell Me What to Do," and not only are their vocals magnificent, but it also shows you a little glimpse into their goofy fun personalities as well.
If you ever want to see the whole program or watch other episodes of Jonghyun's "Blue Night" radio show, you can find whole episodes on RUclips. He was a really great DJ and host and his radio program was really popular with listeners. This also is a great way to get to know Jonghyun better and to get to know his personality more because it was such an intimate setting and he really opened up to listeners and viewers and spent a lot of time just being himself on the show. We were all sad when he decided to end the program, but we understood that after 3 years he was physically exhausted, and he also was going to be even more busy with SHINee's schedule of concerts and promotions at the time, which meant he didn't have time for the radio program. Jonghyun spent 3 years flying back and forth from concerts and events overseas just to make it to the radio program every week because he loved it so much, but after time it started to become too much and he decided after 3 years it was time to call it quits. The only fortunate thing for us is that almost all Korean radio programs are also recorded so viewers can watch them live streamed online or watch videos after they have aired, so we can still watch episodes of his program online even years after it has ended and it keeps his memory and legacy alive.
Second, Yes "Our page" is a tribute to Jonghyun, who passed away in 2017. Their song "Good Evening", is not sad but also have some references to jonghyun as well. And in some of their solos done after Jjong passing they seems to always put some kind of references to him.
Jonghyun suffered from Depression, from his own words he had years dealing with it and tried to recive help, you could see his members as well always tried to keep him in a happy mood, but in the end he could not beat it.
When he passed SHINee was near to compleate their 10 anniversary, and they have known each other years before debuting,so that a long friendship, to the point they said they were not friends but a family, and they were brothers.
You should read the lyrics of "Our page", are very touchig.
JJong did not had biological brothers and was not close with his father, so to lead the procession in his funeral (the oldest brother or the male head of the family usually does it), His members where appointed as the head mourners and leaded the funeral as real brothers. They were VERY close to each other... and had a lot of plans together.
The members did recived therapy, cuz it was really hard for them, even worse after the details were revealed and seemed like he was planing it for months, specially ONEW the leader that could not cry for days till they send him to a doctor.
His family (mother and sister) created the SHINY foundation in his name, you should check it, SM and SHINee corrent memebers help to financially as well.

First I have to say I'm very happy that you reacted to SHINee and I really hope that you keep doing so, they are one of the most talented group out there, hopefully the MVs that you did not watched here like "Lucifer" "Your number" "Get the treasure" "Good evening" , you can react to them in the future. Also like Others have already said here you NEED to react to their live satges/concerts (there no problem with copyrights with SHINee), they are know for their great live vocals and usually people said they eat CDs, for me (that have watch them live before), the recording dont do justice to their live vocals, they are wonderful.
Some of my favorite lives are "Excuse me miss", "Evil", "Keeping love again", "100 years" , "Stranger", "picasso".
Also the members have solo careers as well, and after you know thw group a little more and their performances , you shoule react to each one of their solos as well, they will not dissapoint you.

I didn't expect that ending either, but it's a sad reality we've been trying hard to live with. Our beautiful Jjong is not in pain anymore. It's true that we won't see him grow older, but I think that as long as we remember every single thing he left behind, his music, his voice, his smile, his lyrics, he'll be alive in our hearts forever. SHINee said this:

LOL ok Bro. when i got in to kpop back in 09 Shinee was one of the first groups i feel in love with. i remember watching Ring Ding Dong and LOVING it. but there was somethings in the video that throw me.
1. Taemin drinking milk. i asked my best friend (who got into kpop before me) what did that mean. she said she dont know. i was convinced it meant something.
2. Them growing wings at the end. LOL i was so lost. again i asked my friend what it meant and again she told me she dont know. and again i was convinced it meant something.
3. What did they mean by elastic? did it have something to do with the dancing?
What i learned about kpop is 9 times out of 10 its random as f#*k.
Why was Taemin drinking milk? b/c he can.
Why did they grow wings? b/c it looked good.
Why was they saying elastic? b/c it rhymes with fantastic.
but 10 years later and this is still a BOP.

this generation of groups is my favourite, certainly not as hype as bts & blackpink,,,but they certainly contributed highly on the expansion of k-pop,,,my first boy group I like was bigbang & shinee,,, explore more other groups too

iLikePancakes yes he truly was. Shinee came at a time I was in my lowest so it really hit me hard and I have been with them since their debut. When Jonghyun passed away he left this huge void. So whenever there is a reaction for Shinee then that is where we Shawols will be because we missed him. I’m so sorry for rambling on. I’ll stop now. Thank you so much for your time.
Oh, I really loved your reaction video to SHINee. They are such an awesome group of people and artists, my one and only favorite group in the world! And just like you I love Tell Me What To Do - I guess I’m also into sad vibe songs, but of course there’s ton of SHINee songs that I adore. Regarding your remarks concerning voices - the one you liked so much, saying couple of times that this guy has a very interesting voice was the youngest member - Taemin. I agree he has an amazing voice, very breathy and unique and his evolution as a vocalist in this group is really mind blowing! The one “who can definitely sing” is Jonghyun (the beloved member, who tragically passed away...). He was, still is and always will be considered as one of the best voices in kpop. Thank you so much. How painful it is... Until now. It still hurts. I remember how the first rumors leaked when Jjong was found and taken either to the hospital...or to the morgue... I remember how Korean shawols broadcast live on the street in winter for foreign fans who went crazy waiting for news... And I, too, sat for at least 6 hours and waited for at least some news, but they hadn’t been there for so long... Then the official news was confirmed and that’s it: I spent the next six months in the fog. The SHINee were the support thanks to which I experienced the most difficult times, their singing literally gave me the strength to live on, and therefore it’s hard to realize that we ourselves could not do the same for them. Someone may think this is not serious cuz I have never met them (now I will not) in real life, that you should not even worry about such popular celebrities, but ... It was also painful, I have something to do with it to compare, I also lost a loved one. I never said out loud what happened to Jonghyun, to SHINee, what happened to me and all the other shawols and I can hardly.
Thank you..Yes they are family..they grew up together by living together, practicing together, working together and many more since teenage years. Shinee has many more great song even their non title tracks. Even each members solos are great too.

the fact that he said that the song wanted to make him cry and he didn't know why proves the fact that SHINee is really exceptional artists and I say artists and not idols because there are so many idol groups being produced but only a few make it to the title artists and SHINee is one of them. He felt like crying and he didn't even know what the lyrics meant nor did he know that the song was dedicated to Jonghyun. The MV is rather simple and deep each individual scenes of the members represent what they were doing when they had to continue their lives they talked and discussed a lot whether or not they can still perform as SHINee because Jonghyun's death was a major shock to them. They eventually decided to continue as 4 who is forever 5 and the pearl aqua color in the mv towards the end was Jonghyun calling them back to the stage and this basically means that they ultimately decided to continue as 4 for the sake of Jonghyun and the fans.

Our page is the best song ever, it was dedicated to Jonghyun, it is the only time I hate knowing Korean, I love him and I cried for almost a year and a half everytime over it, now I love him even more and he will be in my memories, his talent and music will be with me forever, till as the song says my page is over...

i've been a SHINee World since 2009 and i didn't even regret it at all. They made my life colorful but of course i remember i almost collapsed when i saw the news about Jonghyun, i become sick, my tears won't stop for weeks but now i'm getting better by their musics :)
i know he didn't want us to be sad all the time and that's what motivated me to continue living and loving them for a long long time.

He said he wanted to cry without knowing what had happened or what the lyrics means. It shows how powerful SHINee is as an artist.
Just what I was thinking and would have written.
SHINEE have existed as long as I've been into kpop and I've seen them go through a lot over the years. "Our Page" was created after Jonghyun died and showed them trying to move on. They had to spend time individually to try to cope, Minho doing his acting work while Key danced alone in the studio. Near the end, Jonghyun's light - symbolized by their fandom color - brought them together as they said their final farewell and promised not to forget him. Won't lie, when you asked why only 4 were there I broke down into tears...
I also suggest checking out solo works from them all... especially from the late Jonghyun. His music is art and comforting.
jonghyun does have a distinctive voice, its different...and his loss was devastating...shinee was my first kpop group I listened back in 2009

Jonghyun is the most talented guy in Kpop, he produced, wrote and sang his own songs, and many said everyone does that, no, he is the only producer, writer of his material, , no co-writers, co-producers that is rare in Kpop, check his songs She is, Lonely, Elevator, End of a Day, Shinin, Crazy, Deja Boo, Before Our Spring... He wrote for EXO, Shinee, Taemin, Lee Hi, Onew has the record to the longest note 35 seconds, he is so talented listen to his solo Blue, Nessum Dorma and Rainy Blue, Taemin is the best dancer in Kpop his most recent song Famous, want, also Move, drip drop, Press your number, Eclipse, Soldier, Danger... Key dramas and his solo One of those nights, MinHo his dramas and movies and his song HOme... I suggest from them, Stranger, Evil, Excuse me Miss, Dynamite, Orgel, Symptoms, Married to the Music, Pinocchio, Treasure, Winter Wonderland, Dream Girl, why so serious, Sherlock.
I loved your video and I have to say I'm impressed (and thankful) you immediately saw Jonghyun was missing and felt compassionate towards his family (Shinee members included). I don't see it often and I'm really thankful for that, because we all miss him deeply.
They are still continuing to be one of the best kpop group even till now and are going on with the name of "forever five"

About Tell me what to do's MV - one guy was in love with the girl but another was dating her. They both fought so the couple was about to left, but the guy who was jealous probably set the car on fire (hence his lighter, the gun and christian symbolic around him...) so the couple got burned in the car (we can see four people running towards the car at the end). Pretty dark.

Kpop back in the day was about music and voices and feels. Now it’s all about choreos and instrumentals they don’t even care if they sing well or perform well.
I was surprised when I saw you were ending with "Our Page" but in a way it was nice to see how you liked the song without knowing. Because there was never an opportunity for fans to not know? But it very much was a song of coming back together to make music while still remembering him. It's a downer to end the video on. I think it always is when people get to know SHINee like this - in order. But it's nice to see how much you enjoyed Jonghyun's voice without knowing - like many of us did when we got into SHINee. Shinee was my intro to kpop way before I ever got into it. I don’t stan but I do like them as a group. Jonghyun was a beautiful, amazing soul too good for the rest of the world. His ideas and beliefs were so far ahead of others’ and I will forever feel sad he lost his battle but hope that he is happy wherever he is.
I didn't know that he was not aware of it and when he started to realize, it broke me. Hearing Our Page made me emotional because I was hearing it after a long time. I know its been years but I couldn't help but cry while seeing him slowly realizing it. It felt like I was back to that day.
Ahhh I don't mean to say I hated the reaction, I loved how you showed interest in all the songs. Thank you for reacting to SHINee. Lets keep Jjong's music alive for years and years to come.

Jonghyun suffered from depression, apparently he did not have adequate treatment and that added to the stress of being an Idol led him to the fatal decision to end his life.
Personally it affected me a lot and is the first time in almost 2 years to see the videos of Shinee again.

You feel sad I cried every Night for more than 6 months from jonghyun passing away but we got to be happy as in his suicide letter it said "Let me go" the most upsetting thing is that he wasn't happy and he wanted to die every time someone mentions him I break down into tears like now I'm crying but still I try to be happy I went to korea to his funeral it broke my heart seeing him in his coffin
