I honestly would have dropped the show long ago, but for the sake of these videos, I gotta keep watching. It legitimately hurts seeing my most important comfort character written so terribly this season. 🚶♀🤡

I didn’t even realize that Hope is Josies blind spot like it makes so much sense because Josie would drop anything for Hope and in season 2x15 that’s why for like 2 seconds dark Josie went away during the fight between them and that’s why in 2x16 Josie beat the dark magic because Hope made Josie realize she was strong and stuff.... wow the pieces are falling into place I think
Well when Lizzie was saying about blind spot. I totally have the same opinion in the crack. Oh and notice how only that Josie in pain makes Hope finally feels sorry.
The writers weren't even subtle with this. The characters mention their blind spots in the episode, they say them flat out, except when it comes to Josie. Wonder why that's the case?
And Lizzie knows. Homegirl knows. The second she heard about Hope showing up at mystic falls high she got scared, she "betrayed" MG, because she knows that Josie can't say "no" to Hope.
I'm certain Lizzie is Josie's blind spot too (back in season 1 she took a bullet for her), but Hope snuck her way in there.
@@PattyBab maybe bc Hosie shippers is one of their major viewers? And honestly I have been told so by a non-Hosie shipper, most probably Handon shipper. But we still need valid data though.
Oh and yes Lizzie must be Josie’s blind spot too, it’s only fair. And Josie would totally die for her. And the bullet!! They have to talk about that. Josie has to know about that!!

I'm glad i wasn't the only who despised this episode. i don't like how hope risked everyone for hope and how they tried comparing it to klaus saving hayley. it's not the same, because if anything klaus tried to save everyone he loved not just one person; hope is risking and sacrificing everyone for landon. and literally landon always just sits there to be saved.
and why is hope made at cleo for killing that leprechaun?? she was saving dr saltzman!!! and the thing flew up on its own. I'm not enjoying watching my favourite character and that hurts. and there's a feeling of MJ and josie being off the show and I don't know how I feel about that either

@@shadowedwolf021 exactly they took hopes character who was all about protecting everyone she cares about and willing to only sacrifice herself to now being fine with risking everyone’s life bc she’s so blinded by Landon like it’s annoying bc she was becoming a good representation on what a good female lead looks like and they just threw it all away along with her character and a few other characters. The only character I think that they are writing well is Lizzie she’s the only one who’s grown in my opinion
I know it's controversial but I low key loved this episode? I mean.... the angst? So good! Landon's return was anticlimactic and also probably the most obvious "twist" they've ever done when it turns out to not be Landon, but that aside, I'm really enjoying the character driven stuff, and even though Hope's being a massive shit.... at least she feels like a person again. I just hope they get her to a place where she realises what, and who, she's sacrificed for him, and that it wasn't worth it. I want to see her get everything she wanted and be miserable about it, basically. And then spend the rest of the season having her ignore him and rebuild all her broken friendships.
I agree with the episode being enjoyable. By far this episode is the first one this season to actually keep my attention throughout the whole episode. Love how they had Lizzie grow so much but hope and Landon the writing for them ugh don’t even get me started on how annoying it is. Also wth are they doing with josies character like i get she wants her fresh start but it seems like the writers just throw her in the story at the most random time to kill time in the episode like I want the old josie back and the old legacies not this.
@@JacquelineCaraballo812 I get what Josie's storyline is supposed to be at the moment but it feels like something that should be getting more screen time, or at least more focus on her rather than on her and Finch. I think the fact most of her scenes have been with people she can't talk to honestly also makes it hard to know where she is in her journey of recovery and discovery. The fact they've now moved her out makes it even worse. I have to keep reminding myself that we're really only 4 eps into the real S3, so there's still time for her story to be tied in more to the main one.
Also I see speculation that MG will move schools now too, which should mean more Josie, I assume/hope.

I mean I love most of the characters because they are not the problem, the costuming and styling is so much better I mean the girls are really looking like they are on runway however the plot seems to be all over the place the storylines especially for hope are just wrapped around such a stale character and I'm BORED.
