I'm personally not that excited for a landon centric ptsd storyline simply because all the other characters haven't explored theirs. Hope was in malivore for quite some time, yet she's seemingly fine? she was constantly attacked by monsters and surrounded by darkness. I would have loved to see her deal with that in season 2. nightmares, insomnia and jumpiness. Josie dealt with her dark josie trauma off screen, she was conveniently shipped off to europe for an episode and came back perfectly fine. Lizzie's mental health struggles are also always dealt with off screen. this episode she was "conveniently" gone to figure things out. I'm just so tired of the writers focusing so much on new characters and monsters instead of the core of the show, which to me, are the actual relatives of tvd characters.
they are pushing the 3 fan favorites aside to focus on landon (again) and I find it so annoying! I feel like they don't know how to write good storylines for their female characters.
sorry this turned into a rant! it's not supposed to be against you! if you're excited about what's coming, that's great! I wish I could feel that way about the show again...

Another excellent vid, thanks for putting it out. I hope you're doing well. I feel like the big problem with Legacies is that they don't know when to end storylines. The Necromancer went on for too long. Malavore has gone on for too long. Every other week we get a "what's up with Landon?" storyline. Is he alive or dead? Are Handon on again, or off again? The best stuff we've had recently is Josie at Mystic Falls and MG and Ethan's friendship because that stuff is actually different. Sorry for the rant. Take care.

That's it, the episode was good overall. Like, not much Hizzie, or any Hosie, but i guess we'll wait and see. Ethan is going to be revealed as a supernatural being have fun trying to convince me otherwise.

I was not happy with the direction the show had been taking, but the recent episodes are getting better and more intriguing (still frustrating), so I'm not done (yet). I'm just busy with university, so there might be delays (like with this one) and I can't guarantee a video gets done on the day after an episode. 😊😎
