3D Printed Nest used over 3 million times!

We recently had the opportunity to get back the very first nesting detail we ever printed with MJF TPU Rubber on it from the customer we designed and printed it for back in 2019! This nest was used to assemble automotive door handles and was used to build over 3,000,000 parts! The line is being updated for a new door handle design and this nest was removed so new 3D Printed nesting can replace it. This gives us a very unique opportunity to see how 3D Printed nesting holds up in a very real world shopfloor application over a long duration.
