Nah Schindler's List doesn't fit Costner's Filmography. It was meant for Spielberg to Direct.

Liam Neeson's deep voice gave great texture to his lines in SL. Costner did not have the gravitas for the role. Just as he isn't Wyatt Earp.
Kostner couldn't handle the Robin Hood accent. He surely would've ruined the realism of "Schindler's List".

Every actor thinks they can do every role, but direct Schindler's List? What Speilberg brought to that film was not just his masterful skills as a director but his family's/culture's history and you felt it throughout the film with the story he was trying to tell. Nah, Kevin. Stern should have called you out on that.

I don't think these people care. Since COVID remote interviews are more common. And I still find the interviews interesting, even with Howard not in the room. If you're talking to an interesting person and you've been doing it as long as Howard it's gonna be good no matter what
