After serving in the military on an aircraft carrier you find you missed a few things.Then unfortunately I broke my back in a couple places and it couldn’t be completely repaired I’ve had a pain pump installed internally that pumps pain meds into my spine 24 hours a day. After barely getting used to this I had to have complete artificial shoulder installed, Three hernia surgeries and a kidney stone so large they had to go in through the back to remove and one period During the last five years I went through 13 procedures in 27 months that had nothing to do with my broken back. I have permanent nerve damage in my right leg and my left arm. It takes so many meds I have to take other meds To fix those side effects.So once again I apologize for having missed out on a few things. I have been on permanent disability for the last 20 years. So I missed some stuff! Just saying🤔
How the hell is employee's unwillingness to work got anything to do with a person standing off to the side. If an employee anywhere ever said they couldn't do their job because some random person was doing something they didn't like I'd make sure to get them fired before I left.
