The biggest concern for that is that there is a law against recording or taking pictures of a military base whether or not you on base. So there concern isn't that he is taking pictures, it's the fact that he might be taking pictures of the military base. There are certain reasons on why that's a problem. Many jobs in the military require a secret or higher clearance, so that's why he was stopped.

I pretty certain when comes to a public official identifying themselves it is not a law but a dept policy. Each dept has their own policy for their officers to identify. Majority of the time the worse they will get is a slap on the wrist.
@@YourMom-nl4uw actually watch audit the audit. It is a policy and not the law. they even state that many people including auditors believe it is the law. now that being said, it should be a law not to just say the name and badge number but to show the actual badge (police ID with badge number, their image, name and other information). Not just ti show but educate people to find out if the people are an imposter. Many single females are pulled over by a male impersonating a police officer and rape them. This is why people are encouraged to call on their smart phones to be certain and even then, they are told to request to see the badge. why it isn't law? ask the governor and/or mayor

Apostolos Kontos I went to the police academy before I enlisted in the military. They know what they can, and can’t, do. 90% just don’t give a shit.
Condescending kindness the invisible weapon in a cops arsenal
As soon as he says : "you're not detained " you gotta just close your mouth and walk away. No need to prolong the contact with the tyrants.
Who knew the police want to help us all so much??? They’re so sweet!
6 months at the "academy" and now they are lawyers.
Six months! Really? In 6 months they graduate and don't know shit about people's rights. Who " teaches" these future potential dumbbells? What do they study? How to use hand cuffs, mace and a baton! Oh yeah, how to shoot a gun and how often to take target practice. What a third rate Academy not to teach basic respect, knowing people's rights and be a good example to the public. You never know who's watching! Basically, be a man or women that shows a funny sidewalk d a professional side
"THERE NO SUCH THING AS A GOOD COP , THEY ALL BELONG TO ONE GANG THE BLUE LINE GANG ......... FBLG" 💩👮♂️
Hey guys quick question, when did they pass the Wearing a Coat When Its NOT THAT COLD OUT , LAW?
GAIN 4 ALL NEWS a millisecond before you asked this
man they just asked him what he was doing, it was kinda sus to record a bank dressed like that. its how they responded to the filmer that shows corruption
its even funnier they are now saying wearing a mask is a threat when we are all told to wear masks now in public lol
@@starkilla55 it's not illegall though
Definitely the day before that was filmed
"Just checking on my employees !!!!"
Love it.
"can I pat you down" LOL
I love how some cops are so wrong and just won’t admit it 😂 😆 (can’t breathe)
I love how people think their not pieces of shit felons.....bro
"Mind if I pat you down? For my safety"
ROFLMAO
epic
As a non american can you explain what that is?
@@nicolaecivoare5806 cops are trained to pat people down for their own and others safety, but it hurts people feeling for some reason

"Can I pat you down for safety ?" is simply the funniest thing on the entire internet, period.
Devin Thomas BROOO i can not stop laughing
Right before bed and I hear the cop say what's up with your bike, and you respond it's badass isn't it. That's so fkin stupid, but I can't stop laughing.
Curry Flora 😭😆😂thanks man
6:41, 10:41 EXCELLENT job officers! Make contact all you like, nothin wrong with that, but you didnt even try to violate the rights of the citizen. We need more cops, military AND civilian, just like you.
Seems like the same might be said for alot of you officers featured towards the end of the video as well. To all of you who uphold your oath, you have my deepest respect and gratitude :)
We don’t need more cops of any kind
I pretty certain when comes to a public official identifying themselves it is not a law but a dept policy. Each dept has their own policy for their officers to identify. Every officer should identify, and the ones that don’t I don’t see why. Is it a control/intimidation thing? It can’t be about getting in trouble. Majority of the time the worse they will get is a slap on the wrist.
No, it's actually law.
Your Mom could you cite that law please?
@@YourMom-nl4uw actually watch audit the audit. It is a policy and not the law. they even state that many people including auditors believe it is the law.
now that being said, it should be a law not to just say the name and badge number but to show the actual badge (police ID with badge number, their image, name and other information). Not just ti show but educate people to find out if the people are an imposter. Many single females are pulled over by a male impersonating a police officer and rape them. This is why people are encouraged to call on their smart phones to be certain and even then, they are told to request to see the badge. why it isn't law? ask the governor and/or mayor
It's true. there are no codes for an officer having to identify. It's just a department wide policy for the mass majority
It's an ego thing. They can't stand anyone asking/demanding a dang thing of them because they're to be "in control".
Stupid cop: *I wanna know why you're taking pictures of me*
Perfect explanation: _Because you're parked in a no parking zone, now you know_
Stupid cop: *Ok, so what, ok, lemme see yo ID*
Sounds like a scratched record player.
I have to say that the cops that reacted so well to your "Can I pat you down?" question were pretty cool. They knew you were just yanking their chain lol
I love the can I pat you down question! Change the perspective. Love it!
"detained for an investigation"
terry v ohio has clearly established this sort of detainment as a total violation of your rights. need to go ahead and mention that for the record. will help a lot when you sue.
I can’t tell if this person is bothering these enforcers for jokes😂😂
1:55 Mr. Chicken Wing... harassing someone over a mask--- coming soon: Harassing people for NOT wearing masks!

"We didn't buy these uniforms at a discount store,
it's first come first served at the start of the shift for uniforms that fit.....and we were late today!"
"Go to your house abd close the blind then" Dammnnnnj
This is hilarious! They don't seem to like it much when you ask them the same stupid questions they ask you!🤣
In a word....AWESOME! I LOVE the way you go about this all. This is the first video of yours that I've viewed, and I'm hitting "subscribe" right now. Very well done. Both serious, and funny at the same time. Waaaay too many tyrannical thug cops out there, so it's nice that you also captured a few that are still decent, and can have a laugh with you as well (since they KNOW you are not doing anything illegal in the first place). Keep the videos coming bro!! :-)
Thank you! Great job!
Every force has a "right here" or an "on my chest". Try calling thm 'officer Wrighter' or "chester omni"
Hats off to the couple of cops who were courteous and informed.
"If I told you it wouldn't be a secret would it?" -THAT SHIT GOT ME WEAKKK!!!!! 9:35
The army guy was cool as f , thankyou for your service sir !!

They shouldn't! It's pointless.
The last guy says, "I wouldn't mind if you pat me down" as he is checking you out and smiling. He must have thought you were kinda cute! Ha ha.
Dude. That line " can I pat you down " is epic. And the look on the faces of them all is priceless.
that last guy was chill , he kept it light and humorous .
that's the way to go !
asking tongue in cheek , "can i pat you down ?" even the cops thought that was funny !
love it asking the Cops "Can I pat you down"" - tables are turned :)
One time an auditor requested to search the police car for contraband. The Sheriff opened the car, pulled out all drawers in the back and explained, what all the equipment is used for.
The Sheriff did not put down his gun and did not agree to be padded down.
He did offer to corded in the Sheriff's patrol car, which was conditional on disclosing personal information. The auditor declined.
“We got a name & badge number asker” 😂😂 How embarrassing for this city!
He's breaking the law like in every which way you can imagine is it just me like I mean really like breaking the law like right in front of your face you got a camera imagine if he had a camera breaking the law
"We got a badge number asker" speaks volumes on the mentality of law enforcement towards citizens of this country.
“Can I pat you down”😂😂😂😂😂😂
You’re not even a cop! I’m still laughing. Damn
