It depends, the 7600xt has 16gb of Vram, so in the future graphic heavy games will be more easily run on the 7600xt (4060 only has 8gb vram) but it doesnt have dlss or as good ray tracing as the 4060, its up to you to choose, but most people would go with the 7600xt (better raw performance), i would wait for the 50series to drop in the beginning of 2025 and see how things play out.
