Yeah, blizz kind of dropped the ball on this "testing", tbh. It was obvious very early after launching that it was far too much damage reduction. They should have been lowering the value of it by at least 10% a day to get a better feel for what would have worked to make pvp work. The big worry now is that they're going to just push live a new value with zero testing, or just ignore feedback entirely and go live with 50%. They always seem to take wild swings instead of smaller micro adjustments.
Ive had good success going 0/31/10 Having DT, grace, vengeance, chaos bolt, FG/FH. So basically the same but going from a dots to hardcasts, makes it alot better. Since SL is just so tanky even without the self sustain
When its first uploaded, it loads as low res, then processes to high rez. Check back in a hour or so... It's RUclips's servers still processing the video.
