And when the broken hearted people living in the world can see there will be an answer let it be , let it be , let it be , let it be yeah let it be there will be answer let it be 😮
I'm overloaded in "the doing", "having to do" all the time this, that and those. It's my mind that shows me a list of "musts". And I feel exhausted even if I'm not doing them. I'm practising not doing and observing what happens if I don't. Nothing happens. I'm alive. But I some things seem they need to be done. How do I simplify and act with all this? I just want to stop. Feel life is not doing and doing and doing as a way of living. THANK YOU. ❤🦋✨
From what I've been understanding from listening to this for a while, we still do whatever is in front of us: we still participate in the world. We don't need to believe everything our mind says. We can let the thoughts come and go. Is your to do list from fear? Or is it just the next thing in front of you that you can take care of?
So when do you let go vs communicating things that might be bothering you? For example you are in a marriage and you make a really nice dinner for your spouse and they come home a few hours late without calling to tell you. Do you just let that go? Do you say something then let it go through? Do you let that happen over and over?
What happens if it's lunch time, and my mind goes to 'what do i want to eat? what don't I want?' Do I just relax.......and eat whatever? If I'm booking a flight to Italy and I want a business class seat, and not a tight economy class seat because of the long flight, do I just relax and not buy any ticket? At what point do you listen to what you want and when NOT to listen to what you want?
From what I understand after listening to him a lot, it’s fine to have preferences and to make choices, just don’t get overly attached to them. So if you want a particular sandwich from a restaurant, go get it, but if they happen to be out of it that day, dont let it ruin your whole day. Just accept the reality of the situation and choose something else. You still get to eat, and maybe you’ll discover a new great sandwich you’ve never had before.
The fact that you dismiss deep topics with such trivial comments and think it’s humorous shows that you’re far from understanding the essence of what Michael Singer discusses about the mind. It’s about observing our thoughts and reactions without immediately acting on them, not ignoring basic needs like hunger!
“When I find myself in times of trouble, Mother Mary comes to me, speaking words of wisdom, ‘Let it be.’”
Beatles...wisdom..!!

Love those lyrics so true 👍
And when the night is cloudy there is still a light that shines on me
Shinin' until tomorrow, let it be
THIS is great. It all starts from within.
And where does it end? Everywhere and nowhere
Enthralling. Thanks
yes, sounds true
simple but not easy

The point is to make any decision from the peaceful, relaxed state, instead of from a wanting, reactive state.

Advaita 👍
Now reiterate what you’re explaining WITHOUT using the word, “RELAX”.
Please 🙏 and thank you 🙏
Relax 😅
