- When crafting visualizations, your aim is to ensure they are informative, interactive, and engaging.
In this tutorial, I will demonstrate how to merge the capabilities of Option Buttons with Advanced Functions (CHOOSE, FILTER, SWITCH, UNIQUE, LET, SUMIFS) to produce Stunning visualizations. This functionality can be used for individual charts in a report or as part of a bigger dashboard.
Let's begin our exploration.

Hi Nabil, Great to have amazing video Every video is best to previous ones....
Most of your videos truely indicate the worth and simplicity of Let function
I am a big fan of the LET function. Thanks for watching.
Wow! Amazing as always. I have been following your videos and I must say they have been very inspiring and eye opening. Thanks for this

Glad you liked it!
Thank you for the great video. There was a lot in there that I want to learn. I have to figure out that let function. Thank you so much.
Good!!
Thanks!
Instead, I used your method of getting the name of a chart inserted and just used the Pivot Chart with your tip on varying colors. The Pivot chart has filters right on the chart. It looks cleaner to me.
Appreciated your kind ....
Also if you start to make Ms Access videos, it will be very helpfull...
You are welcome. For Access, I have a basic course posted 4 years ago. I do not have the intention for more Access tutorials soon.
I had to add another series. In this example, maybe add “International” to East, West, etc. I had to Alt+F1 on the chart again so the table legend would pick-up properly, else it said “count” on the new series. A little disappointing.
