Like A Version is a segment on Australian radio station triple j. Every week a musician or band comes into the studio to play one of their own songs and cover a song they love.

I've noticed that every time he sings a song he starts out a little shaky but after the first few words he starts getting into it and just dives in and loses himself in the music. It's really a beautiful thing
That happens to me and many musicians I know ~ I think for me I'm finding that exact tempo but I dont really know

i may be wrong, but i think some of his songs are tuned up a few hz from standard, and maybe that throws him off whenever he has to perform it in an ever so slightly different tuning

Bino is an amazing vocalist and writer no doubt! His music speaks and tells such an in depth story resonating with ones soul. But guys lets take a moment to look at the band! What a bassist, the groove is so tight an glues everything together whilst keeping harmonic interest. That organ accompaniment was rock solid and that solo was simply gorgeous harmonically and stylistically. The guitarist fitted in so well, using silence to create space but more harmonic and melodic interest when he began playing again. The solo added so much clarity and interest and those melodic lines in between an accompanying Bino's vocals were class! The texture got soo thick and lush at one point. When we look at a performance like this again remember the session players!!! They make or break this as much as the artist!
